Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Avon

I have a $1500/year Starbucks habit, patronize them all over the world, and have been a loyal customer since the franchise started…but this is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. I wasted 25 minutes of my life before asking the young lady for a refund, which was a first. I made the mistake of going inside, when I normally would stay in the drive-through (because I know they move faster), but going inside this dining room was room was a very bad idea. I don’t know if they are following the Starbucks system because even at other locations when I go inside, it’s slower but not like this. The young ladies were working at a fast pace, but it seems all orders were going to the window. I would have stayed for my order if I hadn’t seen a couple people who were there before me (still waiting). Sucks!!! New locations tend to have it rough in the beginning but these “baristas” are so rude! Ignores customers on a regular basis and rips customers off by purposely screwing up orders. Today, I ordered 2 drinks, just in case one was messed up. Guess what?! One was messed up! My triple grande peppermint white mocha had no whipped cream or chocolate curls. I had to pay over $6 for this drink. As a daily Starbucks goer and spender, I would avoid this place!!! Highly do not recommend!!! Soooo slow. I was told by the girl who took my order "it might be awhile because we are backed up" I almost laughed in her face. There was 1 couple who ordered in front of us and maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. It was just her and another barista while there was a third, whom I assume was the supervisor by the conversation between the employes, on his phone outside. My order was completely wrong.
