Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Avondale

This location SUCKS!!! Tonight was not the first night where delivery was absolutely unavailable! I live a half mike away and they can't even offer delivery!? What a joke of a store. I got home from a camping trip and was driving for more then 6hrs! Do you really think after unpacking everything that I'm going to want to drive to go pick up food? Hell no! Whoever runs this store needs to be fired and someone brought in who can actually manage the staff and get some drivers! So, instead I went to the competitor, Pizza Hut, which is not much further and at least they offer delivery! Hell, they have Door Dash drivers come and pick up food orders and deliver them. Why can't Dominos get something like that setup if they constantly can't keep drivers? Because of the delivery issues, this is why this store WILL fail and end up closing doors. Get a new store manager who knows how to operate a business, please for the love of Satan.

PS: maybe also offer better incentives for drivers and maybe they will actually stay! Like here is one for ya, offer something that has to do with maintenance for their vehicle, or a gas card where they earn free gas money based on delivery times. So basically if they get the delivery they have delivered early, they can earn $2 on that gas card. Just something to...

You know when a pizza commercial comes on and the pizza looks as if it was created by the God's; while thinking to yourself, "there is no way it looks like that". You're going to be too busy eating this pizza after you eat your own words. I've had many amazing experiences with this "store" not only are you able to tell them how you want it, but if something goes amiss, and you catch if when they didn't, not only will they apologize, but attempt to correct their mistake. Very honest and straightforward team. Ordering online also has pretty good benifits as well, such as $10 purchase adds 1/6 of piece of the pie rewards (10/60) once you collect 6/6 (60/60) you get a free medium pizza! Its a great experience when you walk-in, pick up your pizza and walk out- all without paying. Ask the stores for details- it doesn't cost anything to set up an account and it's very easy and convenient. You get many optional coupons online as well! BUT what really makes this store worth while is the team. Giving it a rating 1-100, they have earned a solid 94. I recommend them highly. Thank you...

Tried to order this Sunday, 11/4 pizza but the phone just kept ringing. Had a friend over that really wanted to try the new handmade pizza with 2 layers of cheese. I called the Dominos at Litchfield and Indian School asked if the Dominos at 107th was closed. The Manager stated I was the second person to call saying the phone just rings. I got in the car and went down there. The Assistant Manager was so rude. She stated that there was only 2 employees and that is why the phone was not being answered. Then stated that people were rude to her when it was not her problem. I asked her was she the Manager she stated no the Assistant Manager then I stated it is your problem to make sure that you have enough staff. She pretty much was of the attitude that not her problem and people should not complain. I called Litchfield/Indian School to see if they delivered to my house.
