Normally this place is very good and has great value, but these past 2 months its gotten bad. Bad enough to where I now refuse to eat there after my last two orders were bad/wrong and to top it off they were both takeout and we had to drive back (20 minutes) to get it fixed with no additional sorry, extra tbis or that, or anything... just a oh well now drive another 20 minutes home... thats a total of 80 minutes for both trips each time to get it fixed.... thanks for nothing Filiberto's.
The situation:
Usual Order I order the combo meal with two steak burritos with beans and rice. Usually the meat is flavorful, generous, and soft without any issues. Granted putting that all in the same container for takeout is just rude as it makes the wrap soggy and disgusting, but by request you can get the beans and rice in a separate and smaller container which is nice. The meal is great tasting, good value, and fills be up with just half (half beans and rice and 1 of the 2 burritos).
The Past TWO Orders I order the same thing... combo meal of 2 steak burritoes with beans and rice on the side. My gf gets it and doesn't check it as we trust the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELIABILITY OF GOOD SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL of this company. 20-25 minutes later she's home and I'm home and we sit down to eat after a long day (especially for her as she recently had surgery and was happy to be home and done for the day) and my meal is wrong. The is so little meat its like cooking a single egg and putting about half that about into the tortilla to be wrapper... i mean it was basically one giant tortilla and a half a palm of meat. Darn near 1/4 of the usual normal serving. Even with a meat shortage you shouldn't be allow to SHORT YOUR CUSTOMERS. If you don't have enough supplies then its the BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY to find alternative means of income WITHOUT TAKING AWAY FROM THE CUSTOMERS MEALS or shut down during the pandemic until things are right. Instead this company CHEATS THE CUSTOMER by LOWERING THEIR OPERSTING STANDARDS instead of APPROPIATLY ALTERING them...
Oops.. a little rant. Back on topic.. where was I.. Oh yea, so the meat of nearly 1/4 normal and the beans and rice were just smoothed together and all over the burrito.. it was soooo soggy and gross. It was like a wet diaper had been left in the sun and the gel was the only part you could see and it was very gooey.. bad presentation and virtually no meat... so I'm left with a soggy totilla with beans and rice for around 16$...
So we went back and tried to get it fixed... while exalting in the door my lady trips and the food smashes everywhere on the ground. She was so embarrassed and I was so passed off. If the thriving company had stuck to its quality and quantity as well as presentation then it could have been forgiven, but my lady's embarrassment and our bad food was this company's fault for making us drive so far back to fix and order that should have been right.. or atleast more right.. at the start.
Always check your food before leaving a place even if that place has never been wrong before.
I'll just stop here on this note..
Filiberto's is a place to go if you don't mind losing your vibe and soggy undeserved food at the cost of the consumer. Stressssssssssss during a time when its all amplified.
Please excuse my punctuation and grammar on this review as it's just not worth the time to correct the mistakes as this company doesn't deserve it without proper healing and rekindled trust..

Today was my last straw what drove me to write this review they played me twice and they’re won’t be a third actually you know what this is the third time the very fist time I went to this location was after a night out it was about 1am I go to order and nobody is there I said “hello” too many time drive up to the window and waited and nobody was there never got my carne asada fry’s.. now to today it was my cheat day and it also just so happen to be taco Tuesday so I decided to drive up the señora taking my order was nice when I got home and touched the styrofoam I knew something wasn’t right it was cold I didn’t want to be negative and assume so I open it and see dry & cold tacos where’s the grease? The drip? I had come after work because I hadn’t eat NOTHING AT ALL. And i was craving carne asada fries. When y’all think of carne Asasia fries y’all would think, a lot of fries and especially MEAT. These two are the biggest for me. So I headed to my job and opened it and started eating. They forgot to add EXTRA SAUCE !!!!! When I SAID MANY TIMES AT THE SPEAKER OMG! But while I was eating it, the portion was unbelievable small. Like What ?! The meat they put was 25/100 small portion on there !!!!!.. I had called them to talk to a manger but they wouldn’t be in till tmr morning , so a woman name CYNTHIA , asked what the problem was. I told her everything … it was so hard to understand her but she told me to bring my card in because she was going to refund. So I got out of my JOB to come over there even though my job right down the street just FOR Her tO TELL ME THAT THEY NEED THE CARNE ASADA FRIES , when I ATE IT BECAUSE I WAS STARVING AND USED MY LAST 15$ i had for this.
