Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Avondale

Very poor customer service I had ordered my carne asada fries with. No guacamole. and to have it on the side. Now this was already very late at night. I called back that night to tell them my order was wrong, the lady could not find it in the register by the receipt or anything. So then took down my number and she said she would call me back and never did! So when I went back the next morning with the food that was disgusting some of it has been mixed around the bag and thrown out of the bag in the bag and the receipt. where broughten back. They also started laughing and making jokes in Spanish, and taking pictures of just the parts of the food that look like we had brought in back just trash! They give it back thru the driveway window by throwing it all over the ground.!! At this point I. open my door get the get the receipt off the ground and wend Home So then I tried to call the manager the next morning and I cannot get an answer or an appropriate person on the phone to even find out who was running the drive-thru so I can at least find out who was the person who wrote down my phone number to call me back and never did. That would be proof that I was not trying to scam them and they we're continuously hanging up hanging up not being at all professional I would never recommend them and I will never eat there again poor poor poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not appreciate them trying to make me look like a Thief! I would not to pull a scam. The money or the food is irrelevant . The rudest most unpleasant experience I've ever had at a restaurant. They treated us like we weren't even supposed to be inside the store, We needed to use the bathroom before ordering and she ignored us for a good five minutes and then said the bathroom is for customers only. Are you going to order something? I don't know if it's just a trend with this chain or what but their attitude is disgusting. We had stopped after a 2-hour drive from Tucson and we needed to use the bathroom before ordering and she gave us the most unpleasant tone and then treated customers in the drive-thru with complete disrespect yelling at them saying they needed to come to the window because she couldn't understand the way that they were talking. She was barely wearing the headset and blaming customers for not being able to hear them. If I could rate this negative stars I would. Don't go here if you actually want a good experience. Go to the one just a little further down the road. I don't know how they're even open. Still. The people are terrible. The food is terrible and their service is overall...

Been here about 4 times and was pretty good until this 4th time when a red head was taking orders at about 1am and I order and then ask for military discount and she says they don't do that to which I say they have Everytime I've come before. She then says oh really? Oh I don't know how to do it, then when she hands me my card back she says here in this annoyed tone and the same with my order like I'm an inconvenience on her life. I suggest that the owner make sure that anyone hired is properly trained and is kind and courteous to costumers.

Edit: just came again a month later and I got the same woman who still doesn't know what she's doing and this time tried to charge me $2 extra for the same order I've been getting for a year now! I will not be going there ever again which is sad because it replaced burger King and is close...
