Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Avondale

I'm not complaining about the food or the atmosphere but I am complaining about the manager, Alicia. She was rude and was talking back to me in the most disrespectful way. I ordered a salad and it had a couple pieces of tomato and very few pieces of cucumber on it. I asked the girl checking me out if I could get a few onions and peppers on my salad. She said sure and proceeded to get a small water cup of peppers and onions. Alicia marches over to the register and grabs the cup of peppers and onions, throws it in the trash and proceeds to rudely tell me that I will now be charged $1.50 for a tiny little container of peppers and onions. I pay the $1.50 and am waiting for my salad dressing and now she asks me what I need. I tell her I am waiting for my dressing and she says "step out of the line" and wait over there. I said " no I'll wait right here, I just want my dressing" She turns around and gets the Sheriff officer that is in the restaurant working and tells him to remove me from the line. Of course by then I see how immature she is and that Alicia is just wanting to create a drama scene. She gives me a "see, I told you look" and I just couldn't even believe that Peter Piper would hire someone like her to deal with the customers. Then I went to pick up my pizzas and she comes over to me again to harass me. I was not given a buzzer and she said I had to have either a buzzer or a receipt to get my 2 pizzas. i again told her I didn't get either and I'm starting to get upset at this whole situation. What does she do but calls her sheriff's officer over again to me. This sheriff officer is not even believing what she is doing. Alicia ruined my evening with my grandkids and does not deserve that job. People like this should not be in customer service positions. She has no idea what customer service is........seriously she deserves to be fired over what she...

This particular restaurant is a disgrace. My daughter had a graduation fundraiser for her school...the door was painted saying welcome (her school), there was a table in the entryway with things for her school on it, 3 tables covered in tablecloths and their reserved signs...and the kids (literally) working had no idea there was a fundraiser that they decorated for. This was all after we had purchased the summer fun pass.

1 week later we returned, giving the restaurant another chance. First, they couldn't find our summer pass that we paid for and asked ME for the receipt that shows we bought it. (Some people's inclination would be to bring the receipt with them, and I do understand that reasoning. However I would argue that the place of business should have all of that information readily available.)

We eventually get thay settled and go about our meal and play. I need to mention my daughter was going for a large ticket number prize and we were going to save up. Once we were done, we went to turn in the cards from one of the games, as we had a "complete set" according to the machine. When we turn them in, the maybe 18 year old girl tells us we are missing the instant win card, which according to the game is not part of the set. It took 5 minutes before she finally understood the error.

Then the girl told us we only had about 1000 tickets, we'll short of what we had saved up. When we left the first visit, we had almost 1300 tickets. We return a week later and with another round we are only at 900 something or other, I was too mad to hear the actual number.

This place is a scam, intentionally ripping customers off. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this type of behavior, as they just lost an entire school's worth of parents and 2 businesses worth...

I'm very upset with a manager at your Tolleson location named JENNIFER. Long story short, I was kicked out of this location for having my SERVICE ANIMAL accompany me. She said because he had no vest, he had to leave or we both had to leave. I explained to JENNIFER that by law, service dogs are not required to wear a vest and what she is doing is illegal. To which she responded "I know our policy, so I don't care" I was given permission by her to keep the dog as long as he was under the table, to which I complied. While peacefully eating my pizza, JENNIFER called the POLICE on me to have them escort me out for being "disorderly and disturbing the peace. Not once did I raise my voice, not once did I become hostile or even use a tone. I simply explained why I could not "just leave him outside" as JENNIFER stated. I was escorted out by two officers for having my SERVICE ANIMAL with me. My friends all had to end our night out due to us all riding together and everyone had to leave all because my SERVICE ANIMAL was with me. They did not get to finish their pitcher of beer and everyone had to take the pizza home to which it was by then cold. She ruined our peaceful night out. What Peter Piper did was ILLEGAL and I'm planning on filing a lawsuit against you if something is not done to correct this issue. If Peter Piper treats people with disabilities like this, then I will no longer be your customer.
