EDIT - After coming here for nearly two years, all I can say is that this place has gone downhill. I love this place and the boba, but the employees are something else a lot of times. Sometimes I feel like leaving because the employees just glare at you for entering or not knowing exactly what you want. A lot of times my boba tastes and/or looks different for whatever reason as I always get the same thing and it’s a bet on whether or not it tastes like pure milk or water. They’re always out of boba options too which is annoying, but something they can’t help. But most of all, having teenagers who think they don’t have to attend to costumers or be mad at costumers because they didn’t know exactly where to stand when you were mopping for whatever reason and rudely tell them to move somewhere else is why this place has gone bad.
Always come here about once a week. I absolutely love it. I always get the blue raspberry snow with strawberry boba. However, you do kind of take a risk when getting something new cause you never know how it tastes like and sometimes they're really bad and like $5 for a regular drink. But I do like how much options they have, I would suggest getting things that sound good together if you're a first timer or whatever. I've never had any bad costumer service other than them messing up on a couple orders (nothing major though) but the place is pretty small and it gets extremely crowded at times. But overall I love this place along with all my cousins and aunts and even...
Read moreHello, I have been coming to this Boba house since it opened , my whole family loves coming here , it’s a very good and fun treat and I’ve always been treated nicely. However the 2 girls there last night were so rude, I asked for my usual Mango flavor tea with mango jelly and they gave me a mango flavor tea with bursting boba . I made them aware of the mistake and they both argued with me that I said bursting boba. The girl preparing the teas was far away when I ordered so I have no idea how she said she clearly heard me say bursting boba. I asked her to stop arguing with me and to simply give me the correct one , I’m the customer and I know what I said and for her to tell me I’m lying makes no sense! Their attitude was awful so I told her to give me my money back so I could leave. They seemed to want to stay there all day and argue with me back and forth while there was customers!!!!!!! and I don’t have time for that so asking for my money back was the best solution at that point . I know we all make mistakes and I wasn’t upset at them making a mistake with my drink but I was upset at how they argued with me and simply called me a liar by saying “nope we heard what you said clearly and you did NOT say mango jelly you said bursting boba”. I have met the owner of this place and she is the sweetest person so it really caught me off guard why these two girls so...
Read moreFirst time visiting this location today. I'm very disappointed in this place. I looked at reviews and, although on the lower side, I thought I'd give them a chance anyway.
First of all, the staff is not friendly at all. They refused to allow a customer to use the bathroom. They do have a sign stating "no public bathrooms", and I can understand cleaning up after people is nasty, but to flat out deny someone really needing to relieve themselves, is IMO, is mean and unnecessary. Using the restroom is a basic human right!!!
Secondly, while their set up is nice and the establishment is clean, they're extremely spendy. For 2 regular sized bobas, it was $20. Not worth it. Cups are flimsy and their lids aren't sealable.
They have many, many options to choose from; it's overwhelming, especially if there is a line and staff is pushy with getting the order in so they can grind it out.
Most of their options are sugar based. So, if you like syrup, ice and a few boba, this is the place for you!
I won't visit again- denying someone a basic human...
