Two Hands Seoul Fresh Corn Dogs — Restaurant in Avondale

I went here with my family today, June 3rd, around 12:30. Order 17 if the owners want to remember. My family ordered what they wanted and when we got the food, we had a corn dog that we didn’t order. Apparently while ordering, the register girl got confused. Maybe she could have repeated our order to make sure it was right, but I guess not. So when my aunt goes up the cashier girl, she becomes overwhelmed and asked for us to talk to her supervisor. Then the manager says that they follow what’s on the receipt and that what’s made. They also said that if we want a different one, we can purchase it. This was most annoying. They were the ones to make the mistake and they can’t even make it right? Remember, their mistake? let me tell you, my aunt is one of the nicest people to argue with. She did not cuss or raise her voice. Yes people we looking at her, but only because of how the manager, Jewon Lee, kept refusing to rightfully correct the mistake. The owners can even check recordings if they wanted because I took off my headphones to listen and see how the manager did not apologize and just point at their receipt policy paper on the wall. In the end, we just went back to our table and ate the food. You can’t even accept your mistake, say sorry, or help your customers to be comfortable and eat something they want. Something they paid for. Owners, co-owner Jewon Lee, please reassure your workers at the register that if they are confused or overwhelmed, they can repeat the order and make sure all is correct so it later does not disservice you. Especially you, since you cannot just give the correct corn dog that your customer ordered and lose a few bucks. And customers, just make sure your order is right. We now know to have the cashier...

I will never return to this place. It was my first time at this restaurant. So I ordered beef corn dogs with the added cheese. What I did not know is that you can’t add the cheese to the corn dogs. You either get the beef sausage or all cheese. The guy who took my order did not tell me this. He asked me if my order was correct and I saw the American dogs and the fries. Had the slightest clue he didn’t add the beef. When I got home we noticed that there was no meat in the corn dogs. So I called the store back and a female answered. She explained there was nothing they can do. Did not even offer to remake the meal. I asked to speak with management, she tells me there is no management there. I asked for corporate number she told me she didn’t know that either nor was able to find it. I asked her for her name and she refused to provide her name. She was very rude which caused me to raise my voice. She continued to be rude and no help and then hung up in my face. First time there will also be my last time. I will spread the word how terrible this place is especially the way they treat their customers. Spent $43 dollars on food I’m not gonna eat. This is not a corn dog this is cheese toast on a stick....

Please let me say, I am not one to ever leave negative feedback that is unwarranted, I am writing this for the health and safety of others and because I am genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of other customers. I have been coming to this two hands for over 2 years now, never had any problems whatsoever, place has always been clean, food has always tasted amazing, and the staff has always been nice enough. But today, after coming home from ordering takeout at two hands, I get through about 2/3 of the way done with my first corn dog, only to see a MAGGOT crawling inside the take out box. I wish I were able to upload video so you could see it crawling as I did but please believe I wouldn’t ever lie about something like this. I have no idea what it was doing in my food, but needless to say I lost my appetite. I am extremely concerned but also sad because I loved this place, but now I feel as if I can’t trust it, not for now at least. I won’t be coming back anytime soon, IF you do decide to go here please be wary, and check your box before you leave the restaurant. Also, last I saw this place was A rated for health and safety so I’m genuinely baffled as to what this maggot was doing...
