I always enjoy coming to robeks, but today unfortunately I encountered an employee I believe or supervisor belittling another employee or being passive aggressive . The place was pretty full when I arrived and the girls looked busy, although I was able to hear how one treated the other. It hurt seeing one of them treat the other as I can only think of my daughter who works at a fast food. I do understand it was busy, but to constantly keep rushing one and showing annoyance is a bit too much to do especially in front of paying customers. It was obvious that the employee was embarrassed by receiving that attitude I do hope she does not overthink it. Love this place so much! It tops jamba and tropical for me. First off they are good quality smoothies. Doesn’t taste like they used freezer burned frozen fruit and flavor enhanced water, and the texture is always smooth with no lumps! I love the selection of smoothies. there are tons of options and every one I’ve tried has been good. There are multiples sizes available, and customization plus they’re quick on door dash, and pick up. & the ppl have always been friendly. I just wish they had a drive thru but yesss...
