I have been coming to this subway for four years. I work near by and walk to lunch here at least one/two times a week along with my Co workers. Tuesday I walked over in my work uniform and there was two employees and the district manager looking at something on his phone --I'm assuming (hes there often and not the most friendly and is usually just ignoring customers on his phone ) and I ordered my meal as usual, I had a $10 bill I had just been given at my job as a tip 15 min prior to lunch and proceeded to pay with it. It was a older 10, and the worker took it, looked at it and stated "wow this is an old one" then ran it through a machine. The machine kept rejecting it and she continued to put it through 5 more times. Then the district manager gets up from his table and walks over taking the bill and ran it through the machine again for the 6Th time, only for it to be rejected again. He then looks at me and tells me "yeah, we can't take this, do you have a different way to pay" I then explained I had only brought that BC I know how much my meal is always and everything else is back at work about a 10 min walk away so no. He told me I would have to bring a different bill or payment form to get my food. I left without my food and didn't return BC my lunch would have been over. I took the bill to the bank after-work and they told me it was 100% legal and weren't sure why it wasn't accepted. I will no longer be eating at this location. I don't understand why they wouldn't take my money and BC of it I lost out on lunch for the day, I get that some ppl have fake money but when I'm clearly in a uniform, have been going here for many years why would they decide to run it through a machine instead of accepting...
Read moreWas craving a sandwich and decided to swing by this location instead of my usual location by my home. The worker (Amry) was sweet to a point but lacked quality control with the food. On top of this she also did not understand the concept of consistency in portion. I went to this location and ordered a steak and cheese with double meat. I have been ordering this sandwich made this way for years. It is the only sandwich I ever eat from Subway. Not only did the worker not use they're measuring cup, when she freehand put the steak on the bread she put in a portion consistent with a regular steak and cheese. After I saw this I repeated I wanted double meat, and she refuse to add additional meat saying that it was double meat. She saw my frustration and concern with the lack of proper portion, but refused to address it and continued to work with a different customer afterwards. Read moreTonight on 3/24/25 my family went in to the store to make an order. However we saw the deals so we ordered online and waited for our food to be done. I ordered 4 sandwiches, went home to find one not even in the bag, one the wrong bread and another not even toasted. I called to ask where my other sandwich was and the young lady who answered said she cld offer a refund on the one sandwich and the other we cld go back and pick up. So, we go back and I asked the employee who handed me the sandwich what she put on it and she rolled her eyes at me and took the receipts out the trash and looked at me and said mayo, mustard and olives with a attitude. Idk why she was mad, I'm the one who had to go back and pick up the order they forgot. The other girl refunded one sandwich since it was the wrong bread.
