Came here to deliver. No one greeted me with a hello even though I did. Of course they dont care about you unless YOU are the paying customer. Marlene finally came up to me after two “we’ll be right with you,” and told me to bring in the insulated bags to get the order. I told her it is easier to bring the pizzas to place them in the bag. It helps save the germs from the counter i doubt they clean to my car. She asked me again to bring the insulated bags in. I again told her no one from this pizza hut has ever asked me to bring in the bags, and technically, since i am doordasher, i am not your employee and you cannot tell me to what to do since i pay taxes on my earnings. I came back in after placing 5 of the 13 pizzas into my 1 of 2 insulated bags. I kept trying to get her attention (mind you this was 10 am the day after thanksgiving), and asked if the 5 pizzas on the counter were the rest of my order, she rudely told me, “i said this is only half of your order, you have 3 more pizzas coming up. Now if i do the math, 3 pizzas out of 13 is not half. The correct response would have been, “Sorry, you have 3 more pizzas to wait for. “ i mean talk about someone having a bad thanksgiving and taking it out on a doordasher who is helping you deliver great service to a customer. Read moreOrdered a pizza with EZ sauce, received it with extra sauce. Called customer service because that's where you are directed when you place an order. I told them my dilemma so they put me through to the store. After waiting several minutes the store phone went into a busy tone, then hung up on me. I repeated this process 3 times. So finally I drove to the store to explain my situation again the young girl working the window said she was going to get her manager, but her Mgr sent her back and wanted to give me store credit. I told her I didn't want store credit, I want a pizza. So she went back to her mgr and she came back and told me that they are running out of dough. Its 9pm. Her mgr Jenny i think just didn't want to deal with me. So I asked the young girl that I wanted to speak with her. I asked Jenny for the pizza I originally requested. It has now been 45 min since I placed my order. Jenny told me she could not make the pizza due to not having dough for the pan pizza. So I requested another style which was a hand tossed. Had to get my lawyers involved. Poor Management at this location. Incompetent employees do not want to answer the phone to take orders and put people on hold just to ask another employee or supervisor a question that a customer has asked on the phone. This place has the best pizza… but the worst employees ever! High school kids that don’t care about their work. Always calling off of shifts, and will never cover your shift in return when asked. Employees and employers are all friends and get paid to stand around talking to each other and will leave you by yourself working. HR will never contact you back if there is an issue related to you being WRONGFULLY TERMINATED while in the HOSPITAL.
