Considering the Lead, Mathew, the experience was less than expected. In the past we have ordered and received, with "pleasure" ice cream sandwiches, 2 cookies and 1 scoop of ice cream. Mathew refused to make them. I guess some people care about customers while others don't. To top off this trip we were short 1 cookie of 6 in our order. I brought this up to one of the people responsible for taking orders. She was apologetic then turned to Mathew and explained that we only received 5 of the 6 cookies. Then, "Lead" Mathew says to the employee in the back that he needs a cookie because there were only 5 cookies...fine with that, right? No! Mathew decides he wants to make a snarky comment to the employee, thinking I couldn't hear, "I'm sure there were 6 but give me an extra one because they are claiming there were only 5". WOW!!! This is someone you want as a Lead and to represent your company? This type of adolescent behavior should not be tolerated from any employee let alone a Lead. This behavior has no place in the service industry. I am very disappointed with this lack of professionalism and only hope that management or the owner corrects this. I will not be going back to this Chick fil a. They have lost a customer. Insinuation from an employee that a customer is not truthful is completely unacceptable and should not...
Read moreAs usual Chick-fil-A employees are ALWAYS willing to please. Customer service is their number one top priority. They seem to value each and every person who walks through their doors. I love the way they greet you, their incredible social skills, their wait staff, and of course, the star of the show is their AMAZING FOOD. It's always a clean, bright, delicious and positive experience. Unfortunately there is ALWAYS a line of people waiting to order. I guess that's the price you pay to wait for good food. I had started out ordering a salad but by the time I had reached the person who took your payment, I had changed my mind and they gladly accommodated my order change without blinking an eye. They had probably already made my salad but despite how busy they were, they still got my new order out quickly without hardly any waiting. They're not your typical fast food restaurant. No greasy, tasteless, run-of-the-mill food here. No wonder they're always packed. When you have a winning combination of good food, good service, great atmosphere, and a consistently pleasant experience, you have a...
Read moreI have for the most part been happy about my experiences at all the different locations I've gone to... even in Vegas. Today was not that day. My order was wrong even after me having to clarify more than twice of how I wanted my salad. I always order it with the crispy chicken filet instead of the cold grilled chicken. Then we got gross fries... which I had to send back to ask for fresh fries. In order to rectify the salad error I had to accept that the salad was going to be thrown out. I was adamant about not letting that happen. All they had to do was just give me the crispy chicken filet to replace the chicken strips that I did not order. I informed a manager. Although he did give me food gift cards they were for small items of my choice. That's all fine and dandy but they messed up my salad and my large fries not my small anything. It won't stop me from eating at CFA but I'll not return to...
