It was 7:30 am, a very busy morning, and the line for drive thru was going well until there was one car in front of me to take her order. Somehow, the car in front of me took very long to get her drinks when out of nowhere, a person from inside the Starbucks begins talking to her, looking at me and all the other cars behind and ignoring them! She made eye-contact with me several times, having no clue why she is simply talking as if she was on her break. It got even more frustrating to see the lady was paying with a gift card, some change, dollar bills, and her phone, simply to extend her time at the window and eight min. after they were done talking, she finally got her drinks! Somehow, it takes EIGHT minutes to get a venti coffee, a venti cup of water, and a bread! Not to mention, the fourth drink on her tray was mine! The cashier was about to give the lady my drink, but thankfully the car realized it wasn’t her’s so she returned it. Instead of putting it back inside, she decides to leave it standing outside on the table to get cold, which was by the time they were done saying goodbyes. The cashier gave a last look at the line and ran back inside as if she had done nothing wrong. In the entire time waiting, I was debating whether to take a picture of them or not, well, it turns out they gave me enough time to think about that I actually got one without them even noticing! I guess they were too busy talking to each other they forgot where they were. The car finally leaves, people behind me and myself being late to work. I get to the window and my drink was sitting in the cold, no sleeve, I paid, and left all within ONE MINUTE. Did I forget to mention the cashier who was talking to the customer for so long WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN DRIVE-THRU?! The actual drive-thru lady apologized for taking so long and it turns out she had left her position inside just so she could have a good laugh with her pal who was in the car. If you know her, please DO NOT place her on drive-thru ever again. All your customers would...
Read moreI’ve typically had a positive experience with service at this location, but on a recent visit, the service quality seemed to decline. On Thanksgiving Day, I placed an online order for an Iced London Fog Latte, which was estimated to be ready in 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes, during which time only the sticker for my order was pulled, and it was clear that the tea had not been steeped, adding an additional 5-minute wait. I understand that it was a busy day, I noticed that several customers, including myself, were left waiting without any staff asking about our orders or confirming the names for mobile orders. Everyone seemed focused on other tasks rather than attending to the customers who were waiting. When I saw that my drink had just begun to be made, I asked the barista if it was possible to substitute the tea with regular tea and milk. But, she gave me a regular iced black tea instead. Just as she handed it to me, I was about to request a remake, but she walked away before I could speak to her. I didn’t feel comfortable asking another staff member for assistance because I had to return to work. Pretty much I didn’t get my moneys worth since regular ice black tea is way cheaper than what I ordered. Overall terrible experience that day, and hopefully just that day because that Starbucks is the only closest to my work. I hope this feedback helps improve their customer service, especially during busy times.
Update* After my initial visit, every experience at this Starbucks has been excellent. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive. The manager, in particular, goes out of their way to make sure everyone feels valued. It can get quite busy, so I highly recommend using the mobile order option for convenience. Although I no longer work in the area, this has truly been the best Starbucks I’ve visited. The team here genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for the...
Read moreTwo words to describe this Starbucks: TERRIBLE Service! Im just a teen kid, so i decided to mess around and go in with my friend to do the #TrumpCup. I didnt expect anything out of the ordinary would happen, but I wish I could have had a video to show exactly how awful this was!
I gave my order and when asked my name, i told the cashier my name was Trump. she responded with " Oh HELL nah I am not calling that out! its not happening! i dont think we are even supposed to do that. actually, sir im gonna ask that you leave." I was PISSED. i refused to leave because I did nothing wrong. why is it that I can say my name is Mickey Mouse and be perfectly fine, but if I say the name of our PRESIDENT im asked to leave the restaurant!
Anyways, I kept telling the woman taking my order that my name was Trump, and she absolutely refused to write the name of that "racist a* hole" as she called him. Finally a manager came by and saw the problem, and mumbled something that sounded like "ugh I've heard of idiots like this. its so unfortunate." Calling ME and IDIOT! For supporting our president! then the manager said to the cashier "just write the f**ing name and get it over with. we have to provide the service, but we don't have to be happy about it." They made my drink, but when I got it i saw that they didn't even write the name and left it as a no name.
To the Owner: My question is what kind of business do you run here?? how can your employees be so arrogant and disrespectful to customers, not to mention our President? looking back on it, I probably should not have drank the coffee in fear of the employees spitting in it. As far as I know they didn't, but they had the attitude that would have permitted that! I don't know how you guys intend to fix this, but you can be sure as heck we will NEVER step foot in this sorry excuse for a Starbucks EVER AGAIN and advise our friends to avoid it as well....
