Anti-queer, Antiquated Thinking
After a disappointing visit to Chick-fil-A, which is a cover for Antiqueer PAC political action committees:
KKKnown to be a dddonor to those and other forces of general religious evil as evidenced clearly by being closed on a sabbath, their particular Sabbath being a Christian Sunday.
Employee Sarah probably conspired with the cook in a grinning and laughing conversation through the hole in the wall separating the cashier and drink area from the cooking area to prepare instead of my requested two boxes or packages with two nuggets each, their least expensive order of meat, which was to be shared with my dear homeless brother Jeffrey.
Sarah likely instructed that cook, or perhaps we should say food preparation agent, to instead prepare two matching boxes with two tiny pieces of bread each and no chicken whatsoever.
I'm so glad I kept my receipt because I was able to resolve the dispute by shouting to manager Jose, who offered an ear, and then grinned again while discussing the situation with Elise who asserted to me, likely to cover for Sarah, that although employee Elise did not know what diversity training was or how she did in it that, yes, Sarah was instructing the cook to prepare two packets with two pieces of chicken in each. Elise provided my card refund in a transaction log to Sarah.
Jose should have known never to accept returned food from a customer but Jose and that's manager Jose accepted returned food from me. For Pete's sake Jose. What if someone had sneezed on the return food and everyone in your restaurant that's including your employees would that convince you of the right thing to do out of your Bible food safety operational procedure? Or maybe you were reading from a different Bible and you thought it was some kind of gift? Has my sarcasm reached you yet? Dear reader note sarcasm is in this paragraph only.
So either at this poorly operated Chick-fil-A the cook conspired with no one at all to do the dirty deed, or Sarah did instruct the cook to do what happened.
It is abundantly clear from the snotty, white person, attitude of most Chick-fil-A employees, certainly those at this Chick-fil-A that the Chick-fil-A diversity training has yet to penetrate the entire employee population. If you like white bread and white people and don't like black people or black bread than Chick-fil-A is the joint for you, but those of us who are normal wouldn't put up with this, and I will drop in occasionally to see how filthy awful the situation is.
The hygiene is spectacularly good, for a crew mostly of anal retentive secessionists.

Well it is Tuesday the 13th of June 2023 and I had mentioned to the register clerk that I was tired of the shakes election offered so the clerk suggested a peach shake made with fresh white peaches I had that and it...
Read moreI stopped in after an appointment with my son on August 6th, and it was all kinds of wrong. We approached the register, and the cashier waiting on us was alone. She said nothing, so I informed her I was going to use some rewards for the order. She never asked me my name for the order or if we were dining in. My son ordered and walked away, and then I used the app to redeem rewards and pay. Both my son and I said thank you upon ordering, the cashier said nothing or made no acknowledgment. The only thing she did was rush us!
Before I scanned the app, the order was coming out. I told the cashier the order was for dine in. She said or did nothing to correct the request. I had to ask for a tray to dine, and I was so confused about whether the order was ours because the cashier put white T on the order for us to be identified, not my name. A white t shirt didn't complete the transaction, I did, a human being. I have never heard a customers name not be called for an order during dine in, carry out, or drive thru at any Chick Fil A.
I went back to the register and asked the same cashier who put white t shirt on my order. First, she said nothing, then she said she didn't know, then she said she did. I ask for a manager. All I could see were three women turn around and began staring at me after the cashier started crying.
Upon speaking with the manager whose initials are EB. She pretty much made excuses for the cashier because she was new. The cashier was in lala land, rude and not helpful. That young lady stood there and leaned over the counter like she didn't have a care in the world. She played the victim and cried only after I asked about the white t shirt.
CHICK FIL A don't be selective about how you treat certain customers. It's rude and could come across as discriminatory when you pick certain customer out to randomly identify their order by a white t shirt. Yet, while dining in, I only hear the names of customers being called for their order. If a customer requests that the restaurant not use their name great. But we were not given an option. I won't have my teenage son be reduced to a white t shirt when being identified for a food order at this location. He didn't even complete the transaction, I did.
Food Quality: The lemonade was horrible. The fries were overcooked.
This location does not stand on customer service. Chick Fil A, before you attempt to reach out and correct my comment. This is exactly how the series of...
Read moreSo, I attempted to fill out a survey on your website and my comment was too long but instead of warning me that I was going over the character limit your site waits until I finish typing and then complains so the time it took me to edit it timed out. So now I lost my opportunity to get a free sandwich. So now you all are getting my unedited review (fix your character limit)…
So, unfortunately since you all didn’t ask for a survey the last time I’m speaking for my last two experiences at this location. 1) there should be NO WORLD where I receive my food from you guys before I pay for it. Why was I still in line (hadn’t even confirmed my order with a cashier and paid yet) and a woman came from the food area calling my name? AND my order was wrong. Twice. Maybe it’s just me, but I think it’s the dumbest thing ever to run my food before I paid. I could’ve totally took the bag and dipped. That was the first time. 2) the second time, I was in line by myself. The cashier was talking at triple speed like there were 700 people in line (there weren’t). I’m still ordering, but every time I said something else, he was like “is that it?”, but super fast, like he was rushing me. So of course, my order was wrong this time too. I told him no cheese. I saw that he didn’t put it on the receipt so I knew what was coming. It’s so annoying getting cheese when I didn’t want it. But other than that, the sandwich was just gross. The cheese that I didn’t want was sitting cold and slimy on the chicken. The bread was hard and cold and the chicken (I got spicy grilled deluxe) seemed overcooked. Like it had been sitting a while. I had to peel the outer layers of the chicken off because they weren’t digestible. It’s just not what I hoped to eat because I actually love the sandwich when it’s made to perfection. My last visit was a...
