McDonald's — Restaurant in Bainbridge Township

We pulled through the drive-thru and the girl who wears braids and a demin jacket who took the order closed the ticket before we were done ordering. Annoying, but whatever. So we continue with our order and she created a separate ticket for the second meal. We confirm that it was supposed to be one whole order and she said she thought we asked for 2 separate orders. Nope but OK. Mistakes happen. THEN, we pull up to the window and she acted like it was rocket science that it was supposed to be one order. We said several times we will just pay then one after the other but they insisted on making it one ticket. So after she got the manager involved to put it all on one ticket, I'm watching as she lies to the manager about what took place. The entire ordeal was continously being brushed off till she lied. Her lie didn't make sense and visibly confused the manager. The manager asked if we wanted the meals separate to clarify why this is all happening, to which we said no. She proceeds to say we asked for it to be separate orders but wanted to pay together so that's why it's being put on one ticket together now. I finally piped up and said at no point in time did anyone say anything about it being separate in any sense of the word. That the cashier said she heard us say something we never did. I could tell that pissed the cashier off, as she tried to backpeddle. I cut her off and clarified it's fine that she made that mistake, no one is pressed but there's too much confusion going on because she's beating around the bush that she made a mistake. This one star review is essentially all due to Skyler/Skylar. I’m unsure of the spelling, but I believe they are a manager at this McDonald’s and has had green hair the few times I was there. On two occasions I have ordered food for curbside pickup and waited long enough to need to go inside and check on it.

One, on Saint Patrick’s day, which was understandably busy. We ordered nuggets, burgers, and fries because we were going to smash. After about fifteen minutes I went inside and waited while Skylar (going forward I’m going with the a) audibly complained about being busy to her staff. I want to say the staff has been just fine, and this review should reflect solely on Skylar for poorly managing. After she realized more customers came in after me she had an employee tend to us since she couldn’t ignore us any longer. She also locked us in and said out loud “where do these people keep coming from” to which a lady told her she locked the doors so obviously we’ve been here. After about twenty minutes I learned my food had been waiting the entire time and my lovely wife came back in with me to have them remake it. I was there for more than an hour total.

The second time we ordered two burgers. It was 4/29 and after fifteen minutes I went in. She did finally end up acknowledging the other customer there and me about ten minutes later, after her employee had already started helping me. I wasn’t sure exactly what was happening but it was clear she was making it difficult for her staff and I could hear her complain over the counter. I was there for about thirty five minutes total.

I ordered around 10 it came around 11 my total was $50 For 50 dollars I got two cold fries 2 Cold Cheeseburgers That don’t look appetizing Or taste Diced onions that look burnt nasty chicken strips Walmart might taste better no Oreo McFlurry it costed extra because we added extra stuff The only thing that was good was the two drinks, the two donuts and two pies that I had to heat up in my air fryer when we called and complained they blamed it on Uber eats for taking our McFlurry , which the bag was obviously closed and hard to open when I try to open it They did not take accountability The lady came off rude wit my little cousin I’m very upset and would like my money back.
