delivery dinner tonight. first time in forever i cook every night .. uggg lol so ill enjoy ! so much for that dinner .. wow she forgot the sauces and then brought them back to have them wrong ! th pan fryed noodles were not done they were uncooked in the middle asked for the hot spicy soup got egg flower... just sad.. and her yelling at Dave/ my husband out in the open .. i made the order .. i made the complaint call. you have a problem you talk to me.. not yell at him. he woks to hard to deal with you! ...wow .. customers always right when i did your job and that was 40 years ago..! ! saying i yelled at them.. i did not i complained .. my right.. THIS IS WRONG!!! a. what a peace of work..you cant even understand what she yelling at you for or someone else should answer and take orders if your going to mess up.. ~. she then did'nt answer my home call back to the supervisor i had to call on a different number .. to say thank you but yeah. they have messed up 3 times before thats why we haven't gone in so long .. i will not give up on this i payed 30 bucks even a tip!20 dollar min. 5 dollar delivery plus a tip.. good golly! and have noting to put on my food thats right! you know there is really something wrong when they treat you like crap after asking them to feed you and you pay for it.. i will be telling all my family.. and i have quite a bit here! and ill never order from this place again . just simply because they were rude and messed up yet blamed me for it.. .i have yet to speak to a supervisor! i wont give up...

I can't say how the food was but the service was so poor we left without ordering. When my husband and I entered the person working said 2 and headed towards the back. We were seated at a table for 10 in the bar. There were empty booths everywhere...we thought, well maybe he just wants all of his customers in one area. He brought us water and left not asking if we wanted a drink. We then noticed other people in the restaurant area..we could have asked to move but decided it wasn't a big deal. We closed and sat aside our menus and waited..we noticed the table was sticky..and we waited..we noticed the wobbly chair and table leg..and we waited..still wondering if we would ever get a drink..after about 15 minutes the server walked out with a rickety cart of food and serves people in the restaurant..we finally decide 15 minutes after arriving at a place that had 2 booths occupied and 2 people playing video lottery that we had waited long enough we walked out and went to Golden Crowne. Where we had water, drinks and food within 10 minutes not to mention a...

Soo... I loved the atmosphere, and was very comfortable here. However, I don't believe I'll be trying this place again.

The kid who was playing all roles on the front end was quick and polite, but it was obvious he either hasn't been doing this very long or doesn't want to be here, I'm thinking both. This is something I'll always forgive. It didn't do anything to worsen my experience and I understand that that's only one employee. I won't give up on seeing if I want to give my money to a business because of one below average experience.

However, when I find three of my four simple favorite dishes of American Chinese food are questionable, I'm officially disappointed. The Chow Mein was sweet, oddly, the Egf Flour Soup was nearly half celery, and the gravy on the Egg Foo Young tasted like really bad premix gravy.

Oh, and the prices are good, if you decide you like their food. As always at a place with mixed reviews, consider trying...
