Appliances and More LLC — Local services in Baker City

This is going to be a long post, but I have waited to ensure I was factual about my experience.

First of all, I came to Appliances & More because I had a bad experience @ Arrow in LaGrande (that’s another review). We ordered a full suite of appliances at Arrow & they were less than helpful nor did they care that we were not going to get our Fridge in time for our house to be completed. In desperation & frustration, because we couldn’t get a straight story from Arrow (for over 9 months) we stopped by A&M to see if what they could find on his model of fridge we were waiting for. They were able to confirm that it would not be available in time, but then they gave us options. They went looking for a GE Cafe’ Fridge with similar specs, talked to us about what was important & helped us find a fridge that still met our needs even if it was not what we originally wanted. They verified the GE stock to make sure we could get it in time & even helped with contingency plans. They communicated with us after it was ordered, when it came in & when we were ready for delivery. We have had this fridge for 4 months now & I honestly think it is better than what we were originally going to get.

Then after we were in & settled, we were looking for a bed frame to match our existing bedroom furniture. We have a freestanding adjustable bed, so we only needed a box to go around the bed to give us a headboard/footboard. This means we needed something custom. They worked with us on a design we liked, contacted the manufacturer to see what was needed to make it custom & kept in communication to ensure everything would work with our adjustable bed. We just got it in & installed. To say we are happy is an understatement. This was exactly what we needed to complete our room and it matches beautifully. RUDE, BAD SERVICE, RUDE,POORLY MANAGED, RUDE ,GO ANYWHERE else their machines are old no existing parts they have sold us faulty products "from the factory" and when you try to use your warranty they try every which way to not pay it.
