I would give -10 stars if possible Lollie, I believe the “manager” was so rude to me and my fiancé. We tried to redeems our welcome free item with the barcode she immediately gave us a nasty attitude, asked us “what do you want”, then charged us even after scanning the bar code. We went back to the counter confused as to what had just happened she then proceeded to give us such a nasty snarky attitude so I just asked for a refund on my jalapeño poppers. One worker tried to help us but didn’t even understand either and Lollie didn’t even know how to properly work the system either. There were workers walking around doing nothing pretending to work, there was one woman there actually doing something. This place used to have such great customer service and returning after a couple years it’s a shock to see the “manager” Lollie was the one in charge. Didn’t even know how to work the system, no customer service skills and was just not management material AT ALL. Don’t go here if you see Lollie she will treat you so bad and not even try to help you. Saying “you didn’t tell me what free item you wanted” when she didn’t even ask like how are we supposed to know when you never even offered in the first place we are not the ones looking at the screen come on with your grown self acting like this is your first job. Older women maybe in her 50’s can’t even manage her workers right either, and they get paid $20 for this so sad...
Read moreWe came here, ordered ONE meal in the drive thru, and were told to go wait in front because the food wasn’t ready. We already were in the drive up for 20 minutes. We then waited an additional 15 minutes for food to come because they claimed they zucchini wasn’t ready. After that long, we went inside because other cars were getting bags. We went inside to see what was up, and they gave the order to someone else. They then said they will make it again... after 10 minutes more there was still no food so I just asked for a refund. The manager never once said a thing and hid in the cooking area as the girl at he register kept asking for help to do a refund. No one would help her. Then the guy came up who gave my food away and tried to give me my food that I didn’t want and had been waiting for a refund now for 4 minutes more. He said I should then call tomorrow to get a refund on a line that doesn’t even ring a phone — it’s a fax! Read moreNot good. Only 2 poor employees working with the line for the drive thru 15 cars deep. The line was so long that I decided to go inside to order. When I ordered my food I didn't realize till it was to late that there were only 2 employees working. I patiently waited for the food not complaining to the employees,in sure it wasn't there fault. It took about 25 minutes to get a simple combo order and 2 shakes. Carl's Jr you as a large company really must treat the employees better by staffing the appropriate number of staff to run a very busy location. There should have been 4-6 employees to help.
