Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Usually when I order pizza I have absolutely no problems but after only two calls with this establishment, each lasting less than five minutes, it's very clear I'll never be ordering from here, or dominos in general, ever again! I called and ordered a large pizza with a two liter soda and not even THREE minute later (and yes I wish I were exaggerating) I called back and asked them to put the order on hold or at least cancel it and I would call back not even 45 minutes later and resubmit my order and they have the nerve to tell me it was already being made and ready. I wish I could have been happy about this but instead I was absolutely shocked because I didn't realize that a popular pizza place such as themselves could get a pizza ready in 5 minutes instead of 15 as they claim they need or that I was going to be either picking up a cold pizza since I would have waited the whole fifteen minutes or a couple more before even getting in my car to go pick it up to ensure they had PLENTY of time to get it ready or even that they would be so fast to be so greedy about the whole thing! As if they really couldn't work with me (a valued customer I thought) and see if they could come up with a plan that worked for both of us, especially seeing as how I had JUST gotten off the phone with them without two minutes in between. I'm pretty positive that as popular a pizza place as they seem to be they would have had no trouble selling such a popular pizza choice even if someone canceled their order but then again after dealing with the people who work for this establishment it's now no wonder why they were so quick to keep me from being able to even cancel my order; they obviously needed the money in order to even stay open since they aren't getting enough business to...

I went a few pizzas I ordered for my daughter's b-n this past Saturday to pick up my daughter's B-day. Backing up a bit, I called and Cheryl picked up. I asked for the specials and she said "all specials are online only" Ok, I thought weird, so my wife called back and someone else answered. He took are order no problem. I politely asked Cheryl why she said I couldn't order in store. She quickly screamed, GET OUT OF HERE BEFORE I MACE YOU!! My thoughts were that this person wasn't all there.

Did not respond right away. I said I was calling corporate first thing Monday which I did and that I was calling the Police Dept. Then she started threatening me with her boyfriend and started saying ' YO MAMA" this and that. I am not a confrontational person at all and never had anyone tell me they are going to "spray me" . I will be contacting the franchise owner as well as keep contact with corporate...

So we did curbside pick up and waited 30 minutes for them to bring your pizza. The only reason they brought it was because we got one and the worker's attention. One of the breads was not made right, the other was burnt and now the pizzas cold. I called and asked the manager to come outside because i didnt have a mask and tell her. She asked if she can remake the food itll only be 5 mins so i said okay. Then comes out to tell us the manager said they can only remake the bread not the pizza. (Wait i thought she was the manager) 15 mins later we get out food and at this point our pizza was nasty amd over an hour old. We will not go back.
