This location is closest to my house so I have ordered here even though I keep having less than satisfactory experiences. Today's experience was terrible and will be my last with this location. I ordered my usual pizza order which includes mushrooms. Today when the pizza arrived home after being picked up by my husband, I open the box and immediately noticed the pizza reeked of expired mushrooms. The mushrooms were completely black in color and like I said, smelled foul, rendering the pizza inedible. Believing that the person in charge would remake my pizza without issue I called to complain today immediately after realizing the problem. The lady on the phone who claimed to be the manager in charge immediately cut me off on the phone claiming they would never put expired product on the food. I replied that they did and described to her the specific condition of the mushrooms. She put me on hold. She complained that I am rude and yelling at her when I was not yelling at her (never did), nor did I say anything other than the specific issues about the mushrooms and now her denial of the truth of my claims and attitude with me. I am not a person that likes to make problems or complain but whoever owns this store needs to be informed that it is not being run well as far as I can see, and you are losing good customers. Read moreThe service was horrible, had ordered two pizzas 1 1/2 hours before getting to the white lane location next door to fast trip in bakersfield ca. They told me the wait time was 30 to 45 minutes, when i got to the location i had spoke to madalen and told her my name Coety and what i was there for she checked in the back and came back out and said that it would be 30 to 45 minutes longer because they where backed up. I then asked for the manager so Diego came from the back i expressed my issues with him and he said again cant do anything about it we are behind on our orders. Madalen then turned around pointed at a monitor and said that is our problem to far behind i told her " VERY NICELY " That was there problem and not mine i was tol 30 minutes to pick up well past a hour and a half ago shr then told me very rudely " Your pizzas being ready are not my problem" with the manager Diego standing right next to her he said nothing. I asked him if they spoke in such a manner to all of there customers he then asked me to leave. Read moreSeriously never have had a worse customer experience in my life! I ordered a pizza waited about an hour, I was obviously annoyed cause on the website it says half an hour. So I called to see what was going on. The lady that answered told me my driver was twenty minutes away. I told her that was unacceptable she said the they are busy and basically to bad. I asked her what would I do if it ends up being cold. She tells me I can reorder, I reply telling her doesn't that defeat the purpose if your busy won't it take another hour and a half to get here. She then hangs up on me. I will admit I was very polite up until that point but after that I was mad. I called back demanded to talk to the manager. When I spoke with the manager she told me sorry but never offered anything at all to make it right. I actually like dominos and anytime they've ever been late or mess up my order the always make it right. This manager never offered anything. I told her to cancel my order.
