I’m actually livid with this place.

I went there today around 6pm, had to use the rest room and asked an employee for the code. Said he couldn’t give it to me, okay cool whatever. Told me someone would be back there to help. Went back there, no one was there so I knocked on what i assumed was the stock room. Heard someone back there but for whatever reason they didn’t answer. Went back out to look for an employee and saw the one I talked to earlier and told him no one was there. He basically told me that I just needed to wait for someone to come out to help me. He tells me this while opening an employee bathroom with a freaking code. I don’t know if not all your employees have both codes to public and employee bathrooms (which would be pretty dumb) but I was absolutely ignored and not helped, I’m 3 months pregnant and literally had to walk all the way down to the theater before I was able to find a place that’ll actually let me use the bathroom. Why was I denied entry to the bathroom. Why couldn’t he open the...

Too bad they have bad customer service. Since the moment you walk in they are screaming that they will close in 30min. Plus The 2people who close on Thursday night were extremely rude. I wanted to leave the only reason I had walked in there is because I have a child with Autism and her younger sister had destroyed some erasers shaped like animals. So I only got 2items because I felt so uncomfortable with the employees screaming every 5min that they were closing. By this time we still have 20-15min left When we went to stand in line the girl was rude. Didn't even helped. I ended up having to leave my items because my kid was getting overwhelmed. And also I felt disrespected by the way they were talking to us. Well the African American man with a yellow shirt follow us to the door. Like WTH was that about. Seriously I will never be stepping into this store ever again. You can find most of the items at the 99cents store...

I love the learning exercises for my son in the book section. Unfortunately the security guard upon leaving the store, made my experience very uncomfortable. I purchased about 5 items yesterday for about $25.00. After checking myself out, he walked up to me while leaving the store and wanted to see the receipt? Ridiculous, he literally just saw me purchasing the items at the register. My husband said, he was a idiot and not to show the receipt. By the way is not the law to show your receipt (you dont have to show your receipt). Well I won't be returning to this location and don't appreciate being racially profiled by the tall white security guard. My next step is calling corporate and complaining about his behavior. He needs training on not to racial profile...
