So a few things that need a little attention, and please don't message me back with a fake apology in a generic response. Just fix the issue that continue to be pointed out in other reviews.
The first thing, customer service is very disappointing, when I walked in a couple of works were having a conversation with some customers, which is fine but it took a few minutes for the worker to even acknowledge that I was standing 7 ft away from her, with in eye sight. Told me some one would be right with me. A few minutes later someone finally took my order.
Second thing, when the guy finally got around to taking my order he had such a bad attitude. It felt like he personally had a problem with me, which I know is not true cause we never met and I'm super lovable. Lets get him to smile more and maybe some anger management classes or therapy, who knows how deep his issues go!
Third thing, the menu is very deceptive. The actual price was about 1.50 more which is fine, I don't mind paying that, just be honest about the price.
Fourth thing, my chicken sandwich meal came to more than 10$. I am fine with paying that, I just hope that with as expensive as it is getting, that you are paying these workers a livable wage. Maybe if they were being paid better, they'd be...

Read moreI ordered a southwest chicken salad because I was told it was really good. I got to the window and they handed me the wrong order. I wasn't upset at all and I simply let them know it was supposed to be a salad and not a burger (I'm allergic to gluten)... instead of doing a quick correction of my order, the manager came to the window and said "you didn't look at the screen to make sure the order was correct before pulling forward?" In a rude tone. I didnt feel the need to check because I told them my order 3 times at the order box. I asked for my money back because I just couldn't believe their response and not to mention I waited 20 minutes in the drive through. The manager was rude the entire time and did not handle that professionally at all. I asked for a refund receipt and she told me there wasn't one to give. I still don't have my refund.
