Northwest Promenade — Local services in Bakersfield

The Northwest Promenade is an extremely large complex it includes Home Depot, Target, Best Buy, Party City, Dick's Sporting Goods, Home Goods, Michaels Art Aupplies, Pier One, and many others. The list of restaurants is numerous including Red Lobster, Chuy's, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Denny's, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Wendy's, Chili's Grill & Bar, and numerous others. This complex is so large that you may not even realize that you are in the same center as you move from one store to the next. For instance the new to come Studio Grill is also part of the Northwest Promenade complex. The NWP is a great location to get all of your shopping done at the same time. It is also a great place to go if you just want to spend the day shopping and hunting for deals. After, there are so many choices for food that you will definitely be satisfied without having to pay the cost of restaurants located within major shopping malls. I have never seen inflated prices at restaurants or at stores at this location. So this is a good place to find that perfect deal for Christmas, a birthday, or Black Friday because everything is located so close to each other. Well-designed the NWP is it easy to navigate and has lots of parking to support the number of people coming to visit this location. There are many streetlight entrances so it is easy to enter this complex. I'm unaware of public restrooms but all of the restaurants have restrooms available and many of the stores have them also. I have to say I have been a loyal Home Depot Customer for years. Everything at the store is good. The people are helpful, everything is organized in the store so it is easy to found. Howver, if you are disabled and need a Power Cart then I would shop elsewhere. Sorry to say at the moment Lowes has Home Depot beat hands down for mobility support. In the past two months at Home Depot I do not know if my Cart will die somewhere in the store. I left a message for the Store Manager to call me back.So We could discuss the possibility of fixing the problem. I never heard from anybody. Thousands of dollars into home depot purchases and thats what I got! Its not worth the hassle for me I have to take my business across the street to Lowes where I know disabled mobility...

This is actually KOHL'S. All the pictures of dresses were ones that I purchased. They were on the clearance rack for under $10.00 & most of them were marked $4.80. When I checked out I was given an additional 20% along with a senior citizen discount of an additional 15%. Needless to say that I was extremely pleased with the final total. The clerks at this store were helpful and very pleasant. The store was also very clean. The only suggestion that I would make is to make it clearer where and what sizes are in each section such as b Baby & Toddler Girls - sizes newborn to 5T, Little Girls - 5 to 14, Jr. Misses - 0 to 13, Women - 2 to 18, Large Women - 18 to 26 and Pregnant Women. The same with the male, shoe and their sections of products...
