2nd time now tried to order online and not only can online chat bot not LOCATE the order at all, even when it is SHOWING on my order page, but items i ordered to pickup at MY LOCAL store which SHOWS that the items ARE in stock, aren't even being put together by the store! Online said 'order ready for pickup today' and they had 5 hrs before closing and got no email saying ready for pickup. Today I called online cust. svc. telling them that bot not finding order, and on her end she said it's still not put together by local store (FYI: local store that is screwing up is ROSEDALE HWY store in Bakersfield). Prior time I tried to order online, got to store and they had NO RECORD of my order?? (meanwhile online processed the order AND took my money, yet store can't find order??)....now again same issue, so obviously corp. couldn't care less about fixing problems, so back to shopping Amazon (so much for shopping at Cost Plus World Market...

Read moreThe exchange policy at this store is total BS. I purchased a dress here, and since there are no fitting rooms made available to the public, did not realize the dress was too big. I came in, the very next day, to exchange the dress. Because I purchased the dress with a coupon, apparently that same discount did not carry over, even though it was just a simple exchange and NOT a return. The slovenly-dressed manager gave us the most sorry excuse for why the dress, that I JUST wanted to EXCHANGE and not return, was back at the full price! Unbelievable. Poor customer service skills on the manager's part. I'll be doing my shopping at Earthbound Trading Co. from now on. At least the management there puts an effort into what they wear and how they treat...
