Sorry i have to update my past review and dock some stars. Long story short, we ended up asking for a refund and left without our food after waiting almost an hour for one item. We came back for a second Saturday in a row and ordered the same thing, breakfast pizza and cinnamon rolls. Ordered at 9:50am, before they even opened, pickup 10:30. We make our way down there, a little after 10:30, figure we give them some leeway. No cinnamon rolls and the pizzas not done yet. OK we'll wait. One other couple in the place, one lady in a wheelchair also waiting patiently. Around 11:10 (40 minutes after our order for one medium pizza is supposed to be done) I ask the lady walking around to check. 5 minutes she says. Okay fine, benefit of the doubt...lots of patience but the next time someone came out, a young man, our order was still in the oven and wouldn't be done for another few minutes for the egg to cook. At this point I dont think i can even enjoy the pizza after waiting this long for it. It's clear to me that they didnt even start making it until we got there. The other people in there were served but it seemed like ours wasn't started. Finally around 11:20 we told them we needed to leave and asked for our money back, 50 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, 1 hour and 20 minutes after we ordered. Im really sad to cross this one off the list for now, it has been hit and miss in the past, last weekend was amazing, this weekend was terrible. I always give places a second chance but it'll be a while.
I don't actually drink so cant speak on the pub part but i do love food! I haven't been disappointed by Jerry's yet. They are incredibly creative with their food and I cant wait to try all the options. I had loaded fries during an open mic night, have had their calzones at lunch, and ordered a breakfast pizza and cinnamon buns this weekend. All amazing experiences and always done by very friendly staff. Nia:wen (Thank you!) We'll be...
Read moreI give the place two stars because they advertise themselves as a family friendly place when it is not. The thing that got me mad is that my little sister burned herself when they served the pizza because they serve it with the tray that came out straight out of the oven. They did not even wait for it to cool down. They should place it on some thing else to avoid this. It was also very dissapointing my little sister was scared the whole time we were here even me when I went to the bathroom. The toilet seat on the bathroom upstairs is all scratched and the door is berly holding on. There is writing all over the walls I felt like I was in a jail bathroom. I will say the pizza is good but the service was not great . I had asked the cashier if kids were allowed downstairs and she told me yea and I was about to go with my little sister she is around 7 years old. Another worker came and told me we couldn’t take her downstairs that it was adults only. I think they should inform their staff more if there is certain rules or have a big sign for new customers. I feel like if they are going to advertise themselves as family friendly on instagram they should make it more family friendly or decide what they want to do. It was also very dusty the place needs to be updated I think it has potential to be better. The downstairs was nothing special it is overhyped just a DJ no decorations whatsoever and they just had chairs for people to sit. It was like a garage party. Music is way too loud for it be family friendly. I would not take my little sister again they should really change the way they...
Read moreI like the place but I just had a horrible experience when I ordered for pick up online. I got a combination 16" along with 2 other pizzas. When you order online there are two columns where it seems like you can remove items and another column called "Combo Topping List" Where one would assume this would be Extra toppings due to it being separate from the remove list pictured here. We asked for no Linguica extra onions, mushrooms, Olives and bell peppers. We went to pick it up the pizza then we walked all the way back to our office all that was on it was cheese peperoni and sausage how is that a combo pizza? When my associates went to get it fixed the front desk gave them attitude and said they had to dispose of the original one so they need the pizza back. Keep in mind this was during lunch which we only have a limited time. When we finally brought back the pizza they obviously just put veggies on top and reheated the original pizza due to a slice being missing on the poor excuse for a pizza and the same slice being missing on the "new" pizza. DONT ORDER ONLINE FOR PICK UP AND ALWAYS CHECK THE PIZZA...
