Today we decided to try Jersey Mike's Subs for the 1st time. The employee who took my order was not very customer friendly at all. When she was asking what bread I would like, Yes, amongst the lunch hour rush and all the hustle and bustle, I admittedly heard her question completely wrong and answered her wrong, however instead of correcting me she decides to turn around to her male coworker and make fun of my response. Like, what?! Seriously! Was that necessary? I honestly should have just left then and there but I had my hungry babies with me and did not want to drag them somewhere else.

The sandwich here is okay, I've preferably prefer the one back home in Los Gatos; they make a good sandwich there compared to other locations. This location happens to be one of the other locations, mayo is a bit heavy on the grilled chicken philly which was also a bit on the salty side as well. As for the Original Italian it tasted fine, I got it mike's way but it seems to be lacking something compared to the one I always go to back home. The staff here are friendly enough nothing over the top and it's no big deal for me but for someone else maybe. My father and I go in this afternoon we get 2 number 6s reg one on white 1 on rosemary now here's where everything goes wrong. One person cuts the bread then another person walks up to finish this person immediately gets confused cause she starts asking what my father wants but puts everything on my sandwich.
