Magoos Pizza — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Atmosphere 2 stars because I ordered take out so can't really give it a fair rating. Service was good. They took and made my order correctly and my pizza was ready in the time they said it would be. The pizza "looked" amazing. They gave me plates, napkins, cheese and peppers without me even having to ask for it, which was nice. I ordered a medium whole sausage half pepperoni pizza it was $20. Nothing about it made me say mmm this is good. Everything about it was very basic. 3 stars because it was edible but average. Wouldn't recommend this location for the pizza. Maybe their other menu items are good though. They also had a sign stating that this Maggoos was independently owned and have no affiliation to any of the other ones in town. Maybe that's something. Overall 5/10...

I said I would pick up and there was miscommunication and they delivered while I was omw to pick up. I had to wait for the delivery driver to bring my order back to the restaurant. Pizza was cold, crust was terrible and the batter on the wedges was falling off and they were cold too. It was my first time here and was definitely not a disappointment at all the food was nice and hot and soooo good I had gotten a large pizza with some potato wedges and some tasty crispy chicken, with a 2 liter soda . It was 3 of us and we got full with some left overs if you have a big family definitely a place to come with they have a lot of space and a small arcade for the kids. They also have some beer on tap win win...
