Subway — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I visited this Subway in the afternoon of 1-12-22. I went to order, as I've done before at many subways, and the lady asked me how many sandwiches. I have a family of 5 and told her 5 sandwiches. She looked at me and said, "There's a limit of 4 per party." I was baffled and inquisitively told her I had a family of 5? She said, "Anything over 4 is a catering order." Still puzzled thinking it was some joke, I asked, "You're kidding me?" She told me it was store policy. I couldn't believe the absurdity. I might understand if the store were packed or understaffed--maybe--but there were 3 employees (counting this lady), and only 4 customers (one who was already paying for their order). What am I supposed to do, draw straws for who doesn't get to eat...wait, I forgot, we cant do that either, it's California. I told her I wouldn't be back and the policy was absurd. I have been a customer for over 10 years and never have I had such horrible service. Got there at 5:15 pm and there was 1 customer waiting for a phone order and 1 customer before me. Clifford, your employee, started to help the customer before me and then 2 other customers walked in. One for a phone order and 1 behind me. After clifford finished with the customer in front of me he said it will be at least 20 minutes before he would be able to help me. I asked why and he stated he was busy. 2 customers left and 1 phone order said to cancel his order. After about 20 minutes another employee came from the back and asked me what l would like. I told her and she made my sandwich. I asked for avocado and she said it was really hard and she would not suggest it. She finished my sandwich and l left 30 minutes after l first got there. Ordered three sandwiches. One was tuna, they were running low on tuna in the container they were rushing so instead of efficiently doing full tuna scoops they put on the sandwich what they got (not even good scoops) due to next to nothing in the container. We asked for a little more on the end where there was nothing on it and they said they will charge for more. The bread was torn up as they cut due to not know big how to cut correctly, and still served it to us. On one sandwich they gave us only 7 olives. A lady was wearing ridiculously long fake eyelashes that does not belong on someone that works with foods. I would not recommend anyone going to this subway. Also no one was wearing hairnets.
