I almost never review a McDonalds location, but I HAD TO make an exception for this one!! Whenever we go to McDonalds, it's usually because our son talked us into it, but this time it was just a matter of convenience. We were planning on getting some items from the Asian Market nearby, and it happened to be lunchtime. We decided to grab something quick, and get to shopping. Not only did we receive immediate service in placing our order, but they got our order right THE FIRST TIME!! I know it sounds like I'm being cynical, but in all seriousness, I couldn't remember the last time ANY McDonalds location hadn't messed up SOMETHING in our order. It's partially our fault, because we're kinda picky, and make certain substitutions and additions to our food items. I.e.: no pickles, substitute bun for one without sesame seeds, add Mac sauce to QPC etc... So, it kinda WAS a big deal! Not only that, our order was delivered to our table just as we were sitting down!! Amazing!!! Not only that even, but our fries were piping hot, burgers actually looked like they do on the commercials, soda was perfectly carbonated, and believe it or not, their ice cream machine WAS working! I can honestly say, I've NEVER been impressed by a McDonalds location until now! This is now my absolute favorite McDonalds location on the planet! I don't know who manages this location, but they deserve an award, and should probably be designated to go around to all the other locations and show them how to do it right! Also, the entire place was spotless! There was a sweet old Hispanic lady going around cleaning, and she even scrubbed the underside of the tables!! THAT lady also deserves an award! 🏆 I'm telling you, I was MIND BLOWN!!!

Drive thru child at window 1 (no name tag) did not notate no onions on burgers (as my husband requested) so all burgers had onions. Drive thru child at window 2 (no name tag) damn near dropped our daughters kids meal on my husbands lap immediately after dropping 3 drinks in the carrying cup in his hands then proceeded to laugh to the extent she closed the window and turned around still laughing with another employee as she leaned up against the drive thru window.... As we waited for several minutes MGR popped up was rude and TOLD us to pull around and park while we waited for food, so they can get other orders out. I asked her for how much longer due to the kids meal already getting cold. She said to give her the kids meal and snatched it then slammed the window shut. Once food was brought to our car it was ALL COLD! My husband worked all day and was starving so he decided to go home and pop it all in the microwave to warm up. Personally if he wasn't so exhausted and hungry we would have returned all the food got our money back and went somewhere else! Y'all kids demand 15$ an hour and take your job for granted. It's ridiculous how rude this staff was and how much they (including the manager) do not care to be polite and take a job seriously. Many others would be so grateful JUST TO HAVE A JOB! Read moreI ordered the new "Barbecue Bacon Double Quarter Pounder" that is advertised in the mcdonald's app last night. I left the drive through lane and checked my bag receipt, it said barbecue bacon double quarter pounder, the grill sticker on the box said the same thing. When I got home and unwrapped everything... No barbecue... No bacon... it's just a plain quarter pounder, cheese only. Unfortunately, the local franchise owner of the restaurant has no desire to be contacted. As soon as I got home and found out that the order was wrong, I tried to call several times. The primary number for the business on the app and email receipt they sent me is what appears to be a cell phone, which will not accept messages because the voicemail was never set up. I have tried again today several times with no contact. This is a common occurrence at this franchise, as everybody in our surrounding neighborhoods knows. If you're taking your order home after you get out of the drive through, you should go to the parking lot, dump your entire order out and open every sandwich to make sure it's prepared right and that it's the correct sandwich at all. Not to mention that there are almost always assembled sloppy. It does not matter if the condiments are in the bun or not, if most of the ketchup or mayo is on the paper and not in the sandwich, just wrap it anyway so it's smeared on the outside of the bun.
