Subway — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I walked in there 50 minutes ago to order for my mom. The guy with glasses practically chased me out. I was in line and he was finishing a sandwich so I thought it was my turn when he wrapped it up and set it aside cause he looked straight at me as if to say " you can order now" right when I did step up and started to order he said " oh I have other orders to make from the app customers" I gave a polite nod and stepped back patiently and didn't look at him after that. He continued to talk after a minute "That other guy will get your order" and I nodded I was fine with the wait and then he continued to talk like he wanted to start an argument or get me to complain. I just shook my head and refused to look at him, he said and I qoute "you should've ordered through the app" giving me this cold glare. I was waiting for the other guy to take my order I wasn't saying anything I had my head turned down, this employee with freckles and glasses was bullying me to leave until I turned around and walked out, he continued to shout after me "try ordering through the app next time, Have a nice day!" I don't understand why a customer would have to deal with a person so rude. Won't be going into this subway again. A manager should look into this man and give him a lesson on how to be nice to other people or hire someone who likes to work there because this guy...

Not sure if it's always this way here or not, but the 2 women working at this location on Friday 9/11/20 about 1:30pm were the rudest servers Ive had the misfortune of experiencing. These 2 women could use courtesy lessons. Every step of the order we were met with extreme attitude from the front door to the bread, the condiments, (don't ask for extra olives because they don't do that there, even if your willing to pay for them.) The only nice words were said as we were leaving, "Have a nice day". Seriously, I was ready to go at the bread. I certainly will never step foot in that place again, and I suggest that anyone else eat somewhere where they appreciate their customers!...

I live very close to this location and usually have a good experience. Today was very disappointing. I ordered using the app, I requested Italian herbs and cheese bread with pepperjack cheese. Instead they gave me wheat bread with American cheese. Normally I can overlock some errors but they also made an extremely messy sandwich with half my veggies falling out. The worst thing is the store refused to refund the order because I used a coupon. I only have a 30 minute lunch break and this was a huge waste of time and money. Safe to say I won’t be returning...
