Sandrini's Public House — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Food was absolutely delicious, visited on 6/6/25 rolled in at 11:45 pm.

Kitchen is open until 1230 which i appreciate, on the non pool table side it can be quite hectic and time consuming to try and order a drink . People cut in line(s) .

Ordered food with my capital one card after scanning the QR code at our table , which was convenient.

But payed with my debit for drinks (open tab) which is where things got sketchy . I ordered a bombay sapphire with cranberry and 3 strawberry mojitos , not sure how much the drinks are or were however, me and my lady had 2 each ... but I have 2 separate charges on my debit card from that night . 61 dollars and some change and 36 dollars and some change ... I doubt 4 drinks is going to be a few dollars shy of 100 bucks . I need...

I hope management checks video of the bar area. I asked bar staff what does it take for a bartender to tell someone they will not be served because a woman was taking her pants off in the bar for her man. Then I get told to leave. The bartender who served her obviously had not had proper bartender training nor had he attended bartender schooling because he served an obviously drunken customer regardless of who was driving. I ask him about this and then I am told to leave. The guy she was with was under control of himself but of course defended the girl. This is an example of why Sandrinis has the raucous reputation it has. What does it take for a bartender to say you...

Great little bar, however, one of the bartenders was so busy hitting on a girl at the bar that he neglected to serve our side of the bar. At least we got drinks taken off our bill, however that was very unprofessional. Some things in life will happen if we allow them to and not try so hard at impressing people that are not interested in the first place. I'll visit this place again as I really thought the place had great potential, just not the night I went due to poor service. I'm sure it's not a consistent problem there or at least hope not and plan to visit again in the future, so maybe this review will get edited and upgraded...
