100% total disappointment in this location... Went through the drive thru last night 4-26 at like 8:30ish.... ordered a meal on way home from working all day , get to window forgot to add 1 chicken sandwich for my wife . Thought it would be okay as there was nobody in drive thru . Once I ask the nice cashier guy at window ... he was happy and polite added to my order......I hear a LOUD Obnoxious Groan of anger from the kitchen from it sounded like a women ? That was preparing my food with whoever co workers? As I was the only one there parked drive through window . I never complain/ comment on reviews ... and understand issues at fast food . Forgetting food , cold food . Whatever but... like you pay for food and you are waiting for you're xyz food you spent $30+ on and you hear a LOUD Obnoxious angry moose sound the instant you order 1 extra item from a employee in the back kitchen ? I'm like what else did they do to my food ? If there that angry preparing 1 extra item ? That I get a loud angry moose Obnoxious groan ? Just honestly blatantly disrespectful.. I'd hate to be a review karen and post a essay on this ordeal, but having a busy work schedule. A fast food place with usual good service/reputation and good food on my way home would have my trust and business . But never again will I return to this Wendy's at gosford . Whoever decided that a blatantly ignorant employee would groan with a Customer at window . A manager wouldn't step in and apologize for a employees behavior... ? The cashier was polite . 10-10 . It's as if they know what I'm going to order before I do. How they handle their customers, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. I sat at the drive-thru ordering console for nearly five minutes before I decided to pipe up with a "Hello?" I was instantly retorted with, "I'll be with you in a minute!" Deciding to let it slide, I pulled up to the window to hand over a coupon entitling me to a free value menu item. "You need to announce this kind of thing back there," said the woman disdainfully, pointing back at the ordering console. Now, I can understand if I done goof'd and should have mentioned the coupon, but there is no reason for her to snap at me as if I'm a disobedient child. Judging by her uniform I induced that she was the manager, and now I wonder, "If the manager treats customers that way, I can only imagine how she must teach her employees to treat them."

Went through the drive through and while my husband was ordering, the girl who took our order asked "what else do you want?".. we both looked at each other in disbelief, like what the heck?. So we pull up to pay, she doesn't greet us and just takes his card for the payment and gives it back to him. Doesn't say anything and immediately closes the window without giving us a receipt or to even acknowledge we were there waiting for a receipt. He didn't want to hold up the drive thru so he pulled forward to the pick up window. We literally sat there for 5 minutes. They didn't tell us anything. Didn't acknowledge us, didn't warn us about a bit of a wait. Nothing. Just a bunch of kids with no customer service skills. I was mad. After getting our food they literally didn't say anything. They just have us our food, I checked it and everything was there so food was decent for being Wendy's but the hell with this location, ill just go to a different...
