Starbucks — Restaurant in Balcones Heights

This is my first Starbucks that i go 2. The cafe is always clean and the service top notch. Tbey always greet u with a hello and smile and if they know ur name then they'll add it and make it a bit more personal. Gary is real friendly guy and helps me with my orfer all the time so i broaden my horizon with the drinks he's a real friendly guy and knows his stuff. Then also if u get Melody shes probably the sweetest one there. She might be small but has the biggest smile and has a real big happy personality. Im always greeted with a smile and hey Boston she knows her stuff and will do what she can to give u a great experience. Really any of the baristas are great but thoae 2 stick out the most and always give me a great experience. The only reason I go to this location is because it is close to my office, but if I have time, I will make the drive to a REAL Starbuck's. When the Starbuck's is in a Target store, you cannot use the perks you have, or the rewards on your phone app. Also, one of the regular employees there is always complaining about his long hours and needing to take lunch breaks. Went here today at 10am on the way you Dallas and had a horrible experience.

Three friends and I were standing in line Ruth two ahead of us and no one behind us. When it was our turn the man at the register told us he can't make the coffees so we have yo wait 15 minutes because the barista wanted to take a 15 minute break. We asked if she could make our coffee really quickly before she went since there were no other customers and she just laughed at us.
