Chilangadas la nena has the true authentic Mexican taste that you won’t find anywhere else! Every time I come here I am greeted with such wonderful smiles and positivity. There is true passion and love in this food truck that I can see. Their quesobirria tacos are to die for! They are always made so fresh. They come out really fast Always. The meat has such a delicious flavor and same with the consume. Their portions sizes are prefect! I love to come here often because it’s the only place in Frederick that has that authentic taste that I have been looking for. The mangonadas are another treat that you can’t get anywhere else! The best Quesa Birria w/Consome I ever had!!!!!!! My daughter loved it also! The ingredients are so fresh and great quality. The meat was so tender. I have not eaten anywhere that even comes close to the authentic flavor this place has. You will not be disappointed. I should have purchased more! We will definitely be back soon.

The food is awesome, but in addition to great food, the owners are some of the kindest souls you will ever meet. You can tell they take pride and great passion serving the community. Their business is taking off so they have been booked for many events and have limited days/hours at this location. So follow them on Facebook and check out when they will be local.
