We placed the order at 4:22 PM today, while we were at the bank. That is 6 minutes away. We were informed the order was ready while we were driving to the KFC. When we got there there was a vehicle in front of us. They placed their order, picked it up and left the drive-thru. When we got to the drive-thru window, we were informed that our order was gone and that they had to cook more chicken. When I asked for a refund it was refused. When I asked to speak to a manager, she informed me they would have to cook more chicken. That would take about 18 minutes. I asked for a refund again and was refused. When I asked for the general manager’s phone number so, I could escalate the issue, a man named Yunior claimed he was the general manager. When I asked if I would be compensated because I had to wait for my order, since they gave it to someone else. He stated and I will quote, “I will give you nothing for waiting. And if you want a refund you need to call the online service.” I then asked, “ So you are giving me nothing for waiting 18 minutes.” He then said, “ It’s not 18 it’s 10 minutes.’
I then asked where can I park? He said to park out front and he will bring me my order. With my child in tow we parked and I contacted your customer service. I passionately reiterated the travesty of the situation. At this point the woman who answered tried to connect me to the refund department and I was disconnected. With no resolution, I also, tried to rectify this by going on Twitter and notifying you. Total time spent at the restaurant was 25 minutes. All soft tacos, the gave me bottom of the barrel nacho fries, they didn't put my food I ordered into the takeout bag. I had to manually do it myself.
