Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

The worst fast food place I’ve ever been to in my life. First of all I am vegetarian and I cannot have meats due to religious reasons and I asked for a cheesy rice bean burrito. When I bit into the burrito it had beef in it. i am absolutely disgusted and will never coming again. I have been told numerous times by people not to visit this Taco Bell location because the customer service is also very bad and the food is disgusting. I wanted to give it one more try, worst mistake i’ve ever probably made. I also ordered the spicy potato soft taco and it was so dry the sauce was only right in the middle of the taco. The lady who took my order her name is Christina, it took almost 5 minutes for someone to take my order. When she took my order she just kept on staring at me and didn’t have good communication skills it would’ve been nice if she could re-read my order and I didn’t know when she finished my transaction she just kept on staring at me. do not waste your time coming here there is so many better food options...

The worst ever customer service. As I am vegetarian, I ordered cheese bean rice burrito to go. I trust on them and did not open my burrito to check what stuffing they filled in it. When I started to eat I found something different and what i found after opening it is it was loaded with steak. They literally played with my religious faith. I went back to store and tried to talk about the issue to the available manager named ANA. She reacted so rudely. When informed her she didn't even apologize in the behalf of her crew member but she said that's okay. It's not a big deal. You should eat it what's wrong in eating steak? After that when I asked for refund, she said I will replace with cheese bean rice burrito. When I asked to talk with store manager, she said you can from hear now, call her tomorrow in the morning. I asked for the working hours of store manager and she literally said she can't provide that. If I want to talk with manager call in the morning and stop coming...

This location has both KFC and Taco Bell together in one building. You can order both at the same window but personal opinion KFC portion is good but Taco Bell is not. Taco bell is getting over priced and the quality has dropped so I would advise going to another location. Due to rising cost of taco bell, I can pay SLIGHTLY higher and I can get much higher quality tacos / Mexican food so I no longer have a reason to eat here. I was unaware the price has reached this point and was thoroughly dissapointed. For the quality and cost, I just don't see how they accrue revenue but perhaps people just goes out of habit. I seriously suggest this establishment improve their cost, schedule, and performance and revisit as they do like McDonalds and other high performance fast food chain.
