My fiance and I went into the Mattress Warehouse on Grove Road to get our BedMATCH completed. We went in with intentions that we would go ahead and pick out what we wanted and then come back and buy it later on. From the minute I stepped foot into the store until the delivery drivers left, I had an incredible experience. When I first got there, DC welcomed us and started our process. She bedMATCHed us, went over our paperwork and suggested beds, and took us around the store to find the perfect mattress. Ryan then stepped into help as well. My fiance has terrible back, neck, and shoulder pain and I suffer from neck pain. Our mattress at home, while expensive, wasn't doing the trick. DC and Ryan helped lead us to the perfect mattress, pillows, and adjustable base. They even held up papers to mock where our TV is in the bedroom to make sure it was comfortable while watching tv in bed at night. They went above and beyond my expectations. My mattress was delivered at the expected time, the two gentlemen drivers were friendly and helpful. My fiance even put the base together incorrectly and they noticed and fixed the mistake before placing the new mattress on the base. The attention to detail and customer service was great.

If you need a new mattress, head over to Grove Road and ask for DC or Ryan. If you're lucky you will get to work with them both which really is a wonderful experience. Since I received my entire sleep system, I have been sleeping much better, with little to no neck pain. It has truly bettered my life. THANK YOU RYAN AND DC for making mattress buying what I had thought to be a dreadful/expensive process, exciting, fun, and life changing....

We went to mattress warehouse to look at their Kingsdown beds, our sales person Raphael was very nice and professional. We purchased and delivery times were less than a week.

UPDATE: Our bed was delivered on Monday and it was ROCK hard, which was the EXACT opposite of what it was supposed to be. I slept on it for one night and went into the store today and also called Kingsdown, come to find out the mattresses carried at this store are NOT the Kingsdown mattresses you see on their website these are Kingsdown for Mattress Warehouse, so they are different materials, different names and lower quality. The second problem I had was with the customer service provided by the customer service 1-800 number and Tarek the district manager. Karla at customer service hung up on me after i asked to speak to her supervisor because she left me on hold for 10 mins and returned to the phone with an attitude. Finally came to light that the sales person sent the wrong bed because he doesn't work in that store full time and he misunderstood the bed and box spring combination i wanted. They charged me an additional $130 to get the right bed I ordered to me. IF THEY DO THE RIGHT THING I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW. Well this is how it started.. my wife and I picked a bad mattress at first. Common mistake I'm sure. So we did our 1 reselect spent more on the new bed. It's was delivered as promised. Got home that day was excited to try the new selection out. My wife and I spent just over a week in the new bed and man this thing was hurting me so bad that I couldn't even sleep in it.. my wife call the manager at the Frederick MD location and spoke with the manager Ryan..she explained that we made a terrible mistake. Ryan was awesome and spoke with the manufacturer of the mattress we picked and some how was able to get them to let us select again but within there brand. My wife calls Ryan and we set up a day to go meet with him again. We get there and my wife happened to have a pic of the tag off our old mattress and it just so happened Ryan had been in the mattress sales long enough that he knew about our old bed. We said what is now in place of this old style. He takes up over points it out. Lkng story short we worked back and forth on some stuff and ended up with the bed that we needed along with buying another bed for my son as well. Spent the last 2 nights on the new bed and man the last 2 nights have been great sleep.bottom line if your needing a new bed go and see Ryan. He full of great knowledge off all the mattresses and was awesome...
