They don’t listen to what your order is and they don’t care for the customer’s happiness they’d rather argue with you about their mistake instead of taking accountability I ordered a Titian turkey sub American they even repeated it back to me but still put provolone on my sandwich when I brought it back they argued with me and tried to say I never said sub American and continued to say they have cameras so if their cameras have audio it would 100% prove them wrong instead of them taking accountability and remaking my sandwich they rudely gave me a refund and told me they wouldn’t remake it what if I was allergic to provolone then I wouldn’t have anything to eat because they refused to fix a mistake they made I’ve worked in many restaurants and never have I ever been trained to be rude to paying customers I’m highly upset and disappointed that I can’t enjoy my food nor experience from a restaurant I visit...

You know I am reading other reviews and thinking to myself, you know other people must see something I don't. This subway is probably one of the worst subways I think I've ever had the unfortunate fortune to ever go in. This place is never opened on normal business hours. They're always writing letters and putting it on their door had to close for this reason has closed for that reason. I can't tell you how many times I've been here and something's down or they're out of something either. They're register is broken and they're not accepting credit cards or the registers broken and are not accepting cash. On top of the fact, they do not have the most friendliest customer service. i went to get lunch here today and as the lady was making my sandwich I asked her for heavy black olives she looked at me very angry like I did something wrong by asking for my sandwich the way I wanted it she sprinkled a couple on my sandwich and I repeated my self and said can I get a few more I would like heavy olives she looks up at me and said this is all I have and didn’t putt anymore on my sandwich even though she had more I could see them so I later call down to the store to speak to the general manager about this and ironically they said she laurie was the manager and was already gone it was her wow horrible customer service skills and obviously lack of inventory how is...
