America's Best Wings — Restaurant in Baltimore

I just went to this location with my son. He ordered a sub and five-wing combo. The wings were good and the fries and the sub tasted watered-down meat. I ordered a cheese steak sub with lettuce, mayo, and extra American cheese with an order of fries extra crispy. The fries were good the sub was crap. I had to take it back it had no cheese and very little onions if any. The one I received as a replacement had cheese, but I could tell all they did was add the cheese and did not remake the sandwich, it was lukewarm and the cheese had not even started to melt. I drove a mile and a half round trip and the cheese still had not melted. The staff at this location are not hospitable and as foreigners in an African American community, they appear to want our money but do not feel we deserve good service. I would not recommend this location for anything even though the fries and wings were good we do not need another ethnic group coming into our neighborhood to make their money and send it back to their country of origin. We deserve better...

I gave this place several chances before leaving a review. This place does not value the voice of its customers. I make sure to clearly communicate my order because they are known to mess up orders. I repeat myself at least 5 times to make sure they heard me correctly! But despite my efforts they still NEVER get my orders right. There's always something missing. The cheesesteaks and gyros are ALWAYS COLD! They charge $2 to add cheese and but never put it on. The fish is taste absolutely horrible Honestly-NEVER order the seafood I did really like their fries but I just will not be returning. To take people's money and not provide the goods or service is stealing from people. So if you won't someone to steal your money then...

I went and got food from this place today and shortly before my food came out I heard a man in the back coughing and then my food came out so the cashier told the man to put a mask on but he didn’t because you can still see through the crack of the door even when it’s shut so y’all be careful ordering from here it still is high cases of that respiratory illness going around y’all be careful that person in the back had a regular hysterical cough.America Best please wear mask when you are preparing the...
