Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Baltimore

I had the worst birthday dinner here! I called a week ahead of time to reserve the Greenhouse for a party 28 people and did so with a Manager by the name of Jay. He took all of my information and told me were all set. Once I arrive on the day of the birthday dinner I was met by hostess who said they had no party booked under my name and had given the room to another party. I asked to speak with the Manager and was greeted by Bill who introduced himself as the manager. I began to tell him that I was super frustrated and confused because I had reserved this room and I had a huge group of guests traveling from all over. The manager Bill continued to speak over me and adamantly told me that I had no reservation as if I made the whole story up. After speaking to several waiters I asked to speak with Jay who was the manager who took my reservation. Jay immediately apologized and said he did take my reservation over the phone but neglected to put it on the calendar hence the reason why my guests and I were displaced. So 28 of us were forced to squeeze onto the other side of the restaraunt and be super uncomfortable and tight. Bill was very rude and unprofessional, he even had an issue with apologizing for being wrong once Jay confirmed infront of him that he had taken my reservation. The waitresses we had were great! Me and my best friend went to Applebee's at Reisterstown Road Plaza after work. When we first arrived the hostess didn't say anything to us just took us to where she wanted to seat us. The waiter came and introduce himself to us and we order the drink of the month which tasted like cool aid. Our appetizers came and was delicious. It took about a hour plus for our entree to come and we it did it was not tasty at all. I asked for a fork and when the waiter brought me a fork it was dirty. By this time me and my friend had all ready discuss that we would not be coming back. My best friend paid for the bill and did the survey, I decided to stack the plates on each other to make it easy for the waiter to pick up. The waiter came and was saying goodbye and gave my friend her receipt. The waiter grabs the plates and the skillet pan and then he drop the entire skillet pan of onions and sauce on me. The waiter said did it get on you and I'm like yes but looking confused because he can see that the skillet of food was on me. He then said I apologize but it's just a little bit of sauce which made me believe that his apology was not sincere. When we left from there I was smelling like fried onions and sauce. Thank God I have a car and didn't have to catch the MTA. I had to place my clothes in the washer immediately. Yes this was the worst...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) at this Applebees location. I came here with my husband and 3 hungry children including a baby. It was around 2pm and not at all busy. Lots of empty tables. Lots of servers standing around chatting. We were seated and given menus by the hostess but waited for our waitress to get our drink orders. We waited patiently for about 10 mins before I got up to change the baby and feed her in the restroom cause she was so fussy and hungry. By the time I came back to the table we had still not even been greeted by our waitress. I went up to the hostess table and mentioned very kindly that we still had not been taken care of. The gentlemen told us he would tell our waitress we were still waiting. I went back to sit down and spotted our waitress small talking with every other table and she proceeded to walk right past us without saying a word or even making eye contact. This is the first time in my life I have ever gotten up and left a restaurant. As we were walking out we were finally noticed by our waitress and she told us she was coming. Too late at that point. Being ignored for 20 plus mins in an empty place with plenty of servers and watching others being seated after us and having their orders taken was just unacceptable. We will never be back to...
