BOZ'S Burger Bistro — Restaurant in Baltimore

I would like everyone to know that this place has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced. First of all, we ordered for delivery, but they couldn’t do that due to an “ in house emergency”. So we had to pick up our food. We ordered 19 sandwiches, 1 salad, and fries to go with everything. It took a while for us to get the food which is understandable due to the large order. But when we finally did get our food, we noticed we had an item missing and there happened to be hair in some of the food as well. We gave this place the benefit of the doubt and decided to call to see if we could get our missing sandwich but unfortunately the person that answered the phone did not seem to care and proceeded to tell us that this was not their problem. After spending MORE than $250 worth of food the least this place could do was make the missing sandwich that we were willing to PICK UP. Along with the nasty attitude they also proceeded to hang up on us mid conversation. So if I were you I would not spend your money here as it is clear that they do not want the service and it is “not their problem” to make food that was...

I have been here several times over the past few years, but the service seems to have drastically changed. The indiam man who received my order told me I cannot add any of the free toppings (as it says on the menu). I have never had this issue and could add the toppings how much I wanted before. If you are not giving the free toppings anymore then you should remove it from the menu.

I also asked for some water, for which I know they give a small plastic cup, but this man charged a full regular fountain drink. All in all, it isn’t much, but the burger place seems to be very focused on making money regardless of how bad they make a customer feel or by changing their own policies.

I think I won’t go there again untill they go back to before or at least have a reasonable service. The burgers arent bad but I would say that literally any burger bistro in mt vernon or fells point is at the very least the same or better (ex coopers tavern, abbeys burger...

BoZ is a lot of things. They welcome everyone I'm sure, though campus life thrives here very near the John Hopkins University. It's fast food it's grilled so it's not to fast. You can have a drink anything from a Hand Spun Milkshake to a Mixed Drink. Along with Hand cut French Fries or Poutine they offer the St. Paul Burger, the Build a Burger - you decide the Ranch Burger, The Veggie Burger Falafel s Salads Chicken Caesars' Salad and more. He really does well with the delivery with Grub Hub and several others. He's a go to guy for Burgers with the delivery apps. When driving here use your navigation system and your intuition maybe even an alley shortcut and some caution. The streets will helps your appetite drivers. When you leave you might end up going in another direction than you thought. It's a groovy time continuum. This is fun food on the corner at 31st. That's why I call him Bozzy...
