Dunkin' — Restaurant in Baltimore

Me and my friend was at Mount Vernon location and we really enjoyed ourselves with the service the young black guy was giving us , but he must have went on break , and the younger foreign girl took his spot waiting on us all the customer asked was could she , she meaning the waitress heat her coffee up , cause it wasn't hot n the waitress said bluntly NO!!! they don't heat up coffee n she's not doing nothing extra I mean WOW!!!! after customer just spent her 25 dollars in Dunkin Donuts Mount Vernon location she was just rude and mean with a cute face I couldn't believe my eyes and ears I just want everyone to know . I don't want her fired just remind her of her manners and to be polite at her job and more...

This store is in my neighborhood which is why I've gone a few times. But every time I go I remember the guy that works there as nice as he is never washes his hands. He goes from ice cream to donuts to register to ice cream donuts register never once every time I've been there washes his hands. There is usually a homeless person kind of camped out but the last visit there was a security guard sitting in the store. The store appears pretty clean so if you can just politely ask the guy at the register to wash his hands you...

This is one of the particular ones that I like but when I wanted to get and hot decaf coffee the older gentleman that was there told me that he couldn't make it so I stood there for a minute thinking that someone else was going to make it and he told me that's all he had was the regular coffee I thought they supposed to make it at your request if it wasn't available beats the hell out of me but then again I guess it depends on who's working otherwise customer...
