Our decision to have lunch at this Indian restaurant proved to be a serendipitous find during a leisurely walk to the pharmacy. Intrigued by its favorable Google rating, we decided to give it a try.
Upon entering, we were greeted by an impressive buffet spread that showcased a wide array of dishes. However, my wife's Jain dietary requirements and our children's favorites, Paneer and Malai Kofta, accompanied by butter naan, led us to opt for the à la carte menu.
The highlight of our culinary adventure was undoubtedly the Goat Biryani, presented with an exquisite flair that heightened our anticipation. What struck us immediately was the meticulous presentation of all the dishes, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience. Fortunately, the taste lived up to the visual appeal, with each dish proving to be flavorful and satisfying.
Our waitress, Sushmita, played a pivotal role in making our visit truly worthwhile. Her attentiveness to our dietary restrictions and order, coupled with her ever-present smile and enthusiastic demeanor, enhanced our dining experience. Sushmita's warmth and dedication to ensuring our needs were met left a lasting positive impression.
In summary, our impromptu visit to this Indian restaurant turned out to be a delightful surprise. The delectable à la carte menu, coupled with impeccable presentation, elevated our lunch experience. Sushmita's exceptional service and her commitment to accommodating our dietary preferences added an extra layer of satisfaction to our meal. While the absence of Goat Biryani, Paneer, no-jain in the buffet was a minor disappointment, our overall experience was one of culinary delight and outstanding service. We left with contented appetites and smiles, eager to return for another memorable dining experience.

Read moreI hate to leave this review because I actually liked this place, but today was a totally different experience. I was treated very badly by the guy at the bar (short slender guy, almost looks asian). He was extremely disrespectful and uninviting. My friends and I normally come to this restaurant and they even know who the guy is, but today I had an extremely bad experience. He wouldn't give me the option to sit and eat. He told me I had to order my food before I sit and that was never my experience in this restaurant. I typically go to this restaurant and never experience racism but this time I definitely felt discriminated against. I asked for a manager and he wouldn't get one. He said he is the only person in restaurant which didn't make sense because someone had to cook the food. I asked for his name and he refused to give me his name. 3 Then he expressed he was the manager, which he probably was because the other guy that came up seemed to not understand any English and wouldn't get anyone else.
I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY IN ANY PLACE THAT TREAT MY PEOPLE LIKE THIS. It was so bad that even another young lady left the restaurant too. Hopefully, if any manager or owner reads this check the cameras, check around 5:40pm today 2/2/2023. I know that guy had been their a while, but he definitely needs to be trained on how to deal...
Read moreThe food here is simply delicious, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. Whether you're into spicy curries, as I am, or prefer milder dishes, they're very accommodating.
Initially, I had been disappointed that they changed the recipe to their vindaloo and rogan josh, two of my favorite dishes, and hadn't ordered in awhile. I decided to give them another try and venture more into the menu. I'm glad I did!
The fried momo was delicious. I hadn't ordered it before and always hoped they would add pakora or samosa to the menu. Boy, was I wrong. Their momo blows any pakora or samosa out of the water.
The seekh kabab was well-seasoned and grilled to perfection. It also came with a large helping of mixed veggies that were equally flavorful.
The lamb biryani was very fragrant and full of flavor and the lamb curry, ordered spice-level 5 out of 6, was rich, hearty and seasoned perfectly.
I had rice pudding for dessert. Their pudding is of the creamy, moist variety. It's mildly flavored and slightly sweet but very refreshing.
If there was a letdown, it's the aforementioned vindaloo and rogan josh. Both of those dishes were the best I ever had anywhere and I hope they go back to the old recipe. All-in-all though this place isn't to be missed for anyone who enjoys...
