Good burgers with a bunch of toppings of your choosing. Only alternatives are hot dogs and cheese sandwiches. Most locations also have milk shakes available. Self serve fountain drinks let you mix and match different brands and flavors if you desire.

Service is quick during off peak hours, but most people get their orders to go. The Five Guys app is great, and your order can be ready in 8 minutes if you are lucky. The app can save your meals and locations, so ordering is super easy if you always get the same thing. You can also skip the line when ordering through the app, but you have to wait for your fries and shake since they make those fresh.

This particular location was well maintained. Clean with a slightly larger diner area. Staff was quick and friendly. Those with peanut allergies be aware that they use peanut oil for frying, and most locations have free peanuts available for snacking while you wait.

Not the least expensive option for burgers, but I've always felt satisfied...

The interesting thing about this store is that they all greet you when you walk in. This is great, and I appreciate it. However - as the only person at the counter, a gentleman (looked to be in his 40s, has a beard ,slightly heavy man) walks to the counter slowly, looks at me and never utters a word. We sat in silence until I started speaking my order. The simplicity of good service evades this man so much so that I felt disrespected by him just blank staring me until I said something.

And the cherry on top? My order was incorrect. I ordered a regular Cajun Fri and a small normal fry. He inverted that order, and my wife ate my fries. (That part wasn't their fault, but I was still mad. Lol). I hate typing these reviews, but I think with the exponentially decrease of customer service partnered with the expectation of tipping, this man needs to be removed or trained. Five guys is one of the best sandwich spots. Don't destroy it by neglecting to hold your staff...

This was my first time at a Five Guys. I always get them mixed up with Shake Shack and can't remember which one is better. Lol ANYWAY, Five Guys is amazing! And amazingly expensive! $25 for a cheeseburger, small fries and a shake. No extras. 😬 I mean, the burger was in my top 10 - very good - but the fries were basic level good. Nowadays that qualifies as "f*cking super duper extraordinary" but times are tough and fast food is a crapshoot anywhere you go. So I just changed my rating to 5 stars from 4 because this particular Five Guys has pre-pandemic quality (aka HIGH) across the board: quality food, staff friendliness, and a vibrant atmosphere - and that should be applauded! They apparently treat their employees well. Another 5 stars just for that!
