I went to this location today. The manager was working the line I guess they were short staffed. Her niece came in and was right in front of me in line. Since this was the manager's Family... the manager was very preoccupied with her whole entire transaction while making my food. She forgot my taco shell so, I patiently waited until the young lady completed her order and may or may not have paid. Once it was completely turn and she could focus on me, I ordered my regular taco salad and it was made well. *Please note that I usually get it from Silver Spring Maryland, this is my first time here.
Once my is taco salad was completed I asked for my favorite dressing. They looked at me like I was crazy. I was told that they did not have them anymore and only dressings available were both dairy. Since I'm allergic to dairy not intolerant but allergic I respectfully refused and asked why they had discontinued the other dressings. The manager abruptly snapped back "it was seasonal!"
I wasn't aware, I was just worried that I'd never have it again. I wanted to cancel my DRY salad but I didnt feel like that would have been the right course of action. So instead, apologized though I hadn't done anything wrong and explained I wasn't aware it was seasonal because I just had this salad two days ago at a qdoba in Silver Spring. She, the manager, said "Well is it a franchise?! Again I wasn't sure of that answer. And the manager continued with."Oh! That must be a franchise! They can do whatever they want but here we follow directions!" Either way I wouldn't have known. I didn't like the way things went. I will avoid this location at York and gittings. Fortunately, I walked over to Chipotle and they allowed me to have some honey lime dressing for...
Read moreLet me start with the fact that a friend of mine a was the mgt here a while ago, and when he was it was great. Let me start with the defect that the staff was not friendly as at all, like they were mad that I decided to eat after a long day.then there is the presentation. Half of them arebt wearing uniforms, and don't look like they even know where they would get one.I can it clearly define a manager, but again who could when no-one is wearing a uniform. Let's talk about the service. Again slow and unattractive. Not to mention that weather or not you like it, I felt a bit of vs when the cashier just grouped me and the two other white customers together because why not there white, they must be together. Even tho I was half way down the good lane when the other people came in. Did I mention that they wernt very attentive? Lastly when I got my food, after not being offered a drink( because I like nothing to drink with my meal) I say down and went to get a few lemon slices and they were dry and nasty. I went to the cashier and asked for them to be replaced because I wanted some for my food.As I am writeing this, they still havent replaced them and there is no-one even in line. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a "fast food" restaurant, and that's kinda bad seeing as I am 25 years old. I don't even rate things and I had to do a review, in the hope that people don't come here and they are forced to make changes or close due to no business. Please, if you come here, make sure you come in the morning, I have had a much better experience at that time. This is not only ridiculous, but if you want to have some bull shyte thrown together by people who dont give a shyte... This is so the...

As someone visiting from Marlborough, Massachusetts, I have to say—my experience at this QDOBA in Maryland was great. I’m not used to being surrounded by such genuinely kind, thoughtful, and attentive people, especially in a fast-casual dining environment. But the team here, and one person in particular, completely redefined what great service looks like.
lI was greeted warmly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. The food was fresh and full of flavor — opposite of what I am used to here up in MA. I have not had many good experiences with fast food chain specifically Qdoba here where I’m from. still going to the specific Qdoba in this location you can tell they take pride in the quality of their ingredients and presentation.
But what truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional service from a staff member named Dajanae. Her kindness felt so genuine—it wasn’t just customer service, it was human connection. She had a warm smile, listened attentively, and made me feel like a regular, even though I was just passing through.
It’s rare these days to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work and makes such a lasting impression. Dajanae, you’re a gem—and QDOBA is lucky to have you.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. The food is great, but it’s the people—like Dajanae—who turn a quick meal into a truly...
