I placed and order through Uber Eats that was picked up, but on my end it showed that the driver just canceled and a new driver was assigned. I contacted the store to let them know and the [insert derogatory that means female dog] who answered the phone didn’t even act like she cared. I was trying to ask if she could contact Uber to report the driver, because on my end the order was still active, and a THIRD driver was on the way. Maybe she could not have. But the fact that I paid my money and did not receive my order didn’t matter. She said “I did my job”. Like not even letting me inquire about how stores address these issues when they are reported. The last time this happened (with a different establishment) the girl remade my order just as a courtesy and reported the theft to Uber. She wouldn’t even let me speak to anyone else which means the managers probably don’t care either. Yes, I ordered my delivery through Uber Eats, but I was patronizing Little Caesar’s. I’ve had enough of ordering online and showing up and seeing they gave out my pizza to someone else and I get an old one if I’m lucky, or sitting waiting for 10-15 minutes for another to come out? What’s the point of ordering ahead of its not gonna be ready in the pickup window? Quality has also become a problem, like getting a barely cooked pizza. And customer service and staff attitude has gone down the drain as well. I go to a LC up in Owings Mills and had consistent service. Is this location under staffed? Poor training? Bad management? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager there. Enough of my rant. Maybe I’ll give them another chance to win me back in a few months, but for now they’ve lost consistent customer.

Read moreI went in yesterday to purchase Cheesy bread. As i walked into the facility it was complete chaos. A woman and two small children were waiting on their order. She completed her order and proceeded to leave the establishment. As I approached the counter No One Greeted me a young woman was leaning against the pizza warmer and as I got closer there were about 4 children(Crew members) sitting on the floor. Laughing, giddy enjoying themselves not working. I am assuming it was slow and they were bored. The store looked dirty as did the employees. As I turned to leave the woman as the register said "Good" The condition, the cleanliness, the customer service all of it was way past poor.
