Went for a salad on Wed about 8:40 (not long before closing time). I first observed Desai (the cashier) coming from behind the counter handing a customer at the pick up counter, theto pastry she wanted. then as she proceeded with my order and my questions, she was PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT & POLITE as she proceed to key in my order. I go to the coffee carafes to get coffee but the creamer was out. Remember it is at this point probably 8:50 pm (they close at 9). I ask for fresh creamer as I hand the thermos to Mike, I say I know it is late and you are about to close.... He replies âno problem, if you need more, let me know, as he hands me a fresh new thermos of fresh half & half. Then back at the pick up window. Mike is back there now. I needed a courtesy cup. I asked almost simultaneous to Mike saying âIâll get it for youâ as he proceeded to get one and hand it to me.Again, he was PLEASANT, POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING. I asked to speak to the manager before I left, to simply say these two YOUNG adults were doing a great job!
Too often we only write reviews and address the manager when there is a problem! Desai & Mike deserve acknowledgement for what they are doing RIGHT! Keep up the good work. Your integrity will speak for you without you...
   Read moreHappy Tuesday all. I just had one of the best customer service experiences with Panera Bread located @ 6307 York Road 21212. We ordered online for delivery our order arrived on time. We noticed the ordered had been modified and we were missing 2 bagels. I called immediately I spoke to a young lady who transferred me over to Chanel. Chanel explained to me why the order had been modified she even checked with the young lady who bagged the order who said everything should have been accounted for even with that information Chanel immediately jumped into action to make things right. Not only did she replace the missing items along with more pastries due to them not having the Pastry ring, she also arranged for the items to be redelivered. Chanel said I will call you back after I contact door dash, and she did. Not only did she call back Chanel followed up with me once the delivery left her store as well as after the order was redelivered. I want to thank Chanel and as well as her hard working team for providing outstanding customer service đđ˝ Thank you Panera Bread for having Chanel on your team, she did an amazing job making sure we were satisfied as customersđđ˝ We look forward to using this...
   Read moreI've ordered delivery from this location with no issues or complaints. However out on lunch I decided to utilize my drink rewards and the rapid pickup. Order and manage time to arrive per the anticipated time given on the app that it would be ready. I arrive to the pickup area and no drink is there my ticket is sitting on the counter as they make other orders. I inconveniently wait to advise of the order. It's quickly made and I head out. I return a day or so later and again no drink waiting. I wait at the counter again and advise the employee. They turn to another and asks about the order; the reply "I threw that ticket away". The employee makes the drink and from my last experience I direct her to where the lids were (maybe she was new) but I then ask. If it was normal to toss receipts for drinks and she said yes because they would melt. So the whole idea of rapid pickup pertaining to a drink is null and void. However I ordered in White Marsh and my drink was there waiting (I did get food though). But this repeated absent drink pick-up is the reason...
