Okay so I spend money here I’ll start with that I have a family of 9 so it’s just given that we spend money. Tonight the service from the cashier was awful ( big maybe Latina woman tall up front) she refused to give her name after I came back to complain. But as I was getting rung up she kept saying I got guacamole on an order that I didn’t it was a mistake by the lady who made it she scrapped it off and put it in a cup after I told her no big deal I’m not about to have her redo the whole meal just because … even with the lady telling the big Latina women she made a mistake she still rung me up for guacamole on all three bowls and I only order it for one. Then I ask for a large cup of ice she says no we don’t give large cups for ice I said oh no I’m paying for this I always come in and get large cup ice I’m diabetic they don’t have anything sugar free to drink so I usually fill my cup with water or just take the ice if I have a drink in my car or Stanley cup. So she goes to get a manager and they were even confused the older woman says yes yes she can have large cup for ice and she hands me the cup. The woman was overall rude and I didn’t appreciate that she failed to put my wraps in my bag as well I had to come back and get them she was being smart it was right beside my order but she decided not to put it in there. To top everything off the food was awful so much so I’m taking it back to morning shift because they must have ran out of food and threw anything in because the salsa was just straight plain cut up tomatoes the rice had no lime or cilantro in it straight up plain no flavor in the rice or the bar boa it was just heated up meat no flavor and that’s not how Chipotle does things or is it ???? I’m giving them a 0 out of ten tonight and this is way off from what I am used to experiencing with this location. So management please check that lady the big talk Latino one with the big tall nasty attitude if she don’t like working fast food when it’s busy and can’t handle the rush she needs to wipe floors and tables down or go back to school there’s options but tearing paying customers rudely is not it. We are not going for that in this community we spend money and want great customer service and quality food for our dollars. PERIODT and thanks I speak on behalf of the whole Lake Walker Community at this point because I have heard people talk about this same experience but we have to report these employees who make the brand look bad because I’m sure the CEO doesn’t go for this. Or the managers at the restaurant all together.

Read moreI wish I could give this location NO stars. I ordered a pickup last night. Got to the restaurant to pick up my mobile order about nearly 15 minutes before it closed and the door was locked. I banged on the door for a couple of minutes, watching workers purposely ignore me as I pointed to the to-go bags on the counter. Finally, an irritated, unkempt, unprofessional male, looked at me like I was annoying him. He was so rude that I started recording the encounter. I told him I was there to pick up my food and he told they were closed. I asked why did the close before 11pm and he told me it was the manager’s decision. I asked for the manager and the rude male, closed the door on me, leaving me to wait outside of establishment that wasn’t even supposed to be closed. The manager (I think he said his name was Ron) came to the door and gave the explanation they closed early because they ran out of items. I asked him why did he accept my mobile order if he was out of items, and then he said, “Oh! You had a mobile order.” I told him I told the rude male I was there to pick up my food and he called me a liar several times, while the manager did nothing. I asked for the young man’s name but the manager wouldn’t give it to me. I have never been humiliated while supporting a business. I will NEVER visit another Chipotle again. Read moreI don’t know what’s going on with this location, but they are stealing😡.I urge customers to pay attention to your credit card statement or bank statement. I went to grab dinner and used one of my rewards. That I had for a free entrée my total came to $3.71 because I purchased a drink with my food I thought that something suspicious was going on when a guy didn’t give me my receipt and I saw Him I’m guessing who’s the manager balling Are people’s receipt instead of giving it to them so I told him I would like my receipt it was busy so I took my receipt and put it in my purse till later on 30 minutes later getting an alert for my bank of my charges and they stole money off my credit card by overcharging me $16 and some change and on my other purchase, they overcharge me By four dollars and some change people check your receipts ask for your receipts back Don’t just let them not give you one. I’ve added a photo of my one of my receipts that he did give back to me and had an attitude about it. It’s been over a week and chipotle has still yet to refund me my money. This store is stealing...
