This particular experience was terrible. I ordered online, I got there at 9:36 PM, the guy who checked me in let the people know who was preparing the food that I had arrived, apparently they did not hear him. So I sat there for 35 minutes until they were closing up until one staff members asked me was I waiting for something I said yeah, my food... I didn't get outta there until around 10:20 PM. Poor communication this time, I've never had that happen to me before. I'm a big believer in if you inconvenience a customer (waiting a long time) you should at least compensate them. They should have at least offered me something for free like a milk shake or comped my meal but only thing I got was an apology....

We decided to come and pick it up, being hungry and tired of the ever growing ETA on the app. We called back the store and the manager both canceled our order, so that we would get a full refund, then remade our order so it would be hot when we arrived.
