I usually love this dispensary, but tonight not so much. Placed a pick up order at 8:40pm, received confirmation texts and email that it was accepted. A few minutes later received messages that it was ready for pick up. I was on my way home from work and arrived at 8:48pm to a locked door. One of the girls who worked there was vacuuming in the lobby. I thought it was one of those times where security isn't there so you have to push the bell outside the front door. Then the girl looks up and motions that their closed. I tried to say I was here to pick up a pre-order, but was totally ignored. Tried to call the store, of course no one picked up the phone.
Now I understand not taking walk-ins within 15 minutes of closing, lots of dispensaries have policies like that. The thing that really gets me is, why accept my order, then tell me it's ready, only to not let me pick it up when I got there before the posted closing time.
Some advice from a person who frequents different cannabis establishments in multiple states now. If you want to be able to walk out the door right when you are supposed to close, stop taking walk-ins and pre-orders 30 minutes before closing. That way the only people coming during that last half hour are picking up orders. If I was unable to place my order, I would not have been there to be pissed that they closed early.

Read moreHonestly, I’m appreciative that they had something new for me to try from the brand I love but I hate that my budtender Naomi’s attitude changed the second I mentioned only looking for a pre roll… and then to not speak to me about the product I’m buying but instead just rely on me reading the tablet screen? Is customer service dead here or is product knowledge not a standard for your budtenders? I visited on Saturday and have been hesitant to write a review but honestly I was seriously disappointed. I buy pre rolls before I buy 8ths because I’m not comfortable committing to an 8th of shit weed, but I’m cool with having a shitty preroll ya feel me? When I asked about the terps there was no conversation, my budtender tuners the tablet to face them pulled up the terp profile (did not include total % just a breakdown of what % of each terp is there). When I asked what the total terps are (once again as the customer there should be no reason I have to do mental math to figure it out when it’s my budtenders job to know or to be able to check on and give me a direct answer) they gestured to the tablet with not one word spoke. Not sure about anyone else but I’m tired of people being hired with a lack of customer service skills and know actual knowledge of the product that is kept on hand. Do better and train your...

But for some strange reason my budtender thought it was appropriate when I handed him my money to return my money back to me on the counter. He did it on purpose cuz once I seen him put the money on the counter I already felt offended because nobody has ever done that it was like no need to do that....
And then when he gave me my weed I had my hand out and he purposely put it on the counter and the opposite side for me...
I don't know his name but I took a picture of my receipt so you can see whatever register it is. y'all need to talk to your employees because that was pretty freaking weird and awkward and not very customer service like...
So if I ever do have him as a bartender I'll make sure to put the money on the counter instead of giving it to him in his hand since for some strange reason he had a problem with giving me my money and my products in my hand like everyone else...
Like I said I don't know who the guy was but it was a Caucasian male at this particular register on this particular day...
I guess all good things and good service eventually...
