Here brought us water when we were seated and took our orders. Afterwards he spent a good portion of his time in the kitchen or talking in the doorway of the kitchen. Getting his attention for things like ketchup, refills, or even the check was impossible. Eventually we asked someone from the kitchen for the check and they offered to get us refills. My partner ordered a slice and I ordered the three pigs sandwich with fries. The pizza and sandwich were great but my fries were not warm. This paired with the bathroom being dirty made my visit less than great. When paying the total came out to 18 and some change. I gave the server that had been virtually nonexistent for the meal twenty dollars and he looks at me me and asks if I just want him to keep the change. I always tip 20-25% no matter how the service is when I go out. For him to ask that as if I wasn't going to tip him was insulting. We left the remainder of our tip and left.
